I transferred 0.07788000 BNB from my Binance account to the followdeh portal using the Crypotomos payment gateway. I scanned the QR code on their portal, and the transaction was completed successfully. Here are the BNB transaction details:
Withdrawal Status: Successful
Amount: 0.07788000 BNB
Withdrawal Address: 0x4d3bf9cdd7f01ebafd5f43a4ceb10399d989218e
However, despite the withdrawal being processed from my Binance account, they claim not to have received the payment and allege it's lost. They have neither refunded my BNB nor provided the service promised.

We regret to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your payment. I want to clarify that our payment gateways currently do not support the OPBNB network. As in your case it was indicated on the payment page that this transaction should be made via the BEP20 network.
Unfortunately, the funds were transferred over an incorrect network, resulting in the loss of the payment. We have not received the funds due to this error. To help alleviate the situation and ensure you could still experience our services, we chose to cover part of the transaction value on our end but since your transaction is lost in the network, we can not do anything else.

They didn't deliver fully, accounts were low quality (probably gets detected soon), opened tickets and followdeh account is blocked (can't login). I had unspent balance.
Edit: followers are gone in 36 hours :D
