I'm writing this in hopes of opening a line of communication regarding my order (#3692) placed on March 27. My payment was processed immediately but I have not yet received a confirmation or any status update.

I have reached out via email multiple times to resolve this privately, but I have not received a response. I would much prefer to receive the items I ordered but the lack of communication is concerning.

If I don't receive a response or a status update by the end of today, I'll have no choice but to contact my bank to discuss a chargeback for an unfulfilled order. I look forward to resolving this quickly.

Update: Following my initial review, I received an email from the company apologizing for the delay and explicitly guaranteeing that my order would be fulfilled within 48 hours. A full week has now passed since that commitment and I have still received nothing, not even a reply to my follow-up emails inquiring about the delay and the guarantee of genuine user engagement as stated on their website. This lack of reliability is seriously hindering my project’s growth and I am deeply disappointed by this experience. The failure to meet their own revised deadline is unprofessional and has completely undermined my trust in this service.

Ordered followers from them a few days ago and have not received any, nor heard anything back from any emails. Definitely a scam.

I had to email them almost every day to follow up. At first they gave excuses, and now they completely ignore my messages. The reviews on their website are clearly fake and written by the platform itself.
I placed an order for 1,000 followers, but I only received around 80 followers over 5 days. Every day there was a new excuse: delays with no clear reason, claims that the delivery time had changed to late at night, and excuses about an email issue that caused the order to be postponed.
In the end, no one responded at all.
Even the 80 followers I received were fake accounts,
Very poor service, misleading, and a waste of money. I do not recommend this platform to anyone.

This website is a scam. Most of these reviews are clearly botted, especially seeing as one is made by the same account as the owner of the company. It's been a significant amount of time since I placed my order for followers, yet there has been 0 response and my order is still not complete. This is 100% a scam and you should avoid using their services.
