At the age of 56 the Trek Fuel EX 8 is so forgiving in the tough stuff that it makes me look like a pro. So after 3 day in Downieville I can say that my body has not fallen apart. So I must go for another ride thanx!

This is nice place, there really have a nice bike road bike, mountain bike, whatever you want they will work with you and knowledgeable to explain what is good for you and what you want. But there’s a problem with there mechanic. I have a Cervelo s3 I buy there and year an-half later I get into accident and I broke my fork. Well, I have to buy a new fork and installed, but the mechanic they don’t do good job, they leave my fork loosen and almost I kill my self when I was out riding, not just they leave my fork loosen, but they didn’t cutting the fork properly every time I tighten my fork and few days later get loose again, so I have to cut again and stay in proper position. Yeah, they need better mechanic.

Great experience and no pressure to buy. Test rode two bikes and ordered the one I wanted. Was in my possession in less than a week assembled and ready to ride. Delaney, the sales person who assisted me was awesome; low key, accommodating and knowledable. Overall a great experience.

This is a great bike shop - both locations! You are always greeted with cheerful and competent staff. We consider it our “home” bike shop.

Great service. In the future I would like to know up front some labor costs. 15 for bar tape install and 50 to update my di2 firmware. All good and would just like to know up front.

Have bought 4 bikes for the family from Folsom Bike and have been so happy with their service, helpfulness and advice.

Patrick and Scott at the EDH location were so helpful and fun to talk to while we explored options for our first bikes! Then we went to the Folsom location and Chris helped us in renting a Burley trailer to test out with our little one. We are new customers, but plan on becoming regulars!! Customer service and product quality are outstanding!
