I recently purchased a new bicycle from Folsom Bike and I live 480 miles away in Oregon. The bicycle was shipped to my house with all of the components I ordered and the it functioned perfectly. My wife and I have had a long relationship with Folsom Bike and we have purchased 9 bikes over the years.

The guys at the shop are great! I haven’t been on my bike in years and they reminded me of the comradery that exists in the cycling community. They got my bike ready to rock in short order so I could take it on the road up north.

I had a great experience purchasing my bike at the Folsom Bike on Folsom/Auburn Rd location. The salesperson was knowledgable about the products, and their differences. He was very helpful in making a purchase that fit my needs.

I've been a customer since they opened. Great selection of bikes ( road, mountain, cruisers, ...), and supporting equipment. Combine the inventory with a great sales and service team; owners who are connected to their customers, and store sponsored bike clubs and you have the best bike shop in SacTown.

I'd recommend them to anyone...whether it's your first bike or if you're looking for something over the top wicked cool. ...So happy this business is in our city.

The staff at Folsom Bike are not your typical bikers! They are thoughtful, never pushy, curious and genuine about your wants and needs as a rider. They were so kind and thorough in the bike selling process, were happy to answer so many questions, and saw the process all the way through over multiple days of visits and trials.

I worked with Chris and Wilson, they were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help my son pick out the bike that was right for him -- not only in size but also for the different types of riding he is going to be doing. Plus, they were able to explain what was important and why. Chris made sure he had all the gear he needed and that he didn't forget anything. They even recommended a couple of bike excursions he could go on. Super knowledgeable and friendly... what more can I say?

There are many bike shops to choose from and I could go to any of them. I choose to keep coming to Folsom Bike because the customer service is excellent.

Once again my expectations were exceeded at Folsom Bike. Staff took time to adjust my new Trek Stache, get the tires set up tubeless, add bottle cages, and made sure fit was right after test ride.

All staff members were and helpful and informative, I would definitely recommend this shop.
