I dropped off my mountain bike after slashing the back tire on rocks at Granite Bay Lake ride. The service was great and they set me up with needed tools and spare tube. Txted me when my bike was ready for pick up. Very simple and straight forward service with a smile and advise.

Crashed and broke a derailer part. Had a tour the next day. No parts available so they took the part from a bike on display. Exceptional service. Can't say enough good things about the staff and mechanics. The best!

I have purchased 3 bikes from Folsom Bike Shop and each experience was great. The products they sell are of the highest quality at a very competitive price. Chris, the manager at the shop by the Dam, fitted me and allowed me to ride 4 bikes when trying to determine which road bike was best for my needs. The road tests were instrumental to finding the right bike within my budget. Delaney was awesome as usual when helping find the right "camping" bike for my next trip. He also arranged for the shop to install my new Thule rack on my 4 Runner to add to my convenience. Great work everyone!

Not super great prices for atuff like parts, usually I can find the same part online for half the price. That being said they shine when it comes to service. They are fast and well priced for a tune up. I have never had a problem that they can’t help me figure out. Also the people who work there are always nice and helpful and there is a great energy in the shop.

We purchased 2 Trek e bikes and are so pleased with all the support that has been given to us by various staff both sales and technical.

The service, expertise, and friendliness of the bike mechanics is a joy to behold. I bring my mountain bikes and road bike in for work and I have never been disappointed. On my most recent visit, the work done on my road bike was completed 3 days early!

Everyone on the staff is so attentive and helpful. They bent over backwards to help us make the right decision for our purchases, and to assure that we were satisfied after our purchase of the two e-bikes.

Folsom Bike is top notch on service with their staff and quality/brand of bikes. The staff treats you like family, kind, personable and professional as well as knowledgeable about this sport of riding. They also offer excellent bikes, products and accessories and their shop is always clean and presentable and we love the coffee shop option that is connected. I would say the only thing that keeps Folsom Bike from a full 5 Star is their product/accessory costs are marked up significantly higher than their competitors. I would not hesitate to get a bike from Folsom Bike Shop and to have them service my bike as well but for saddles, water bottles, socks, shorts and other accessories, I would purchase them at another bike shop with lower cost or Amazon Prime which is excellent on pricing as well as very easy to make returns. Overall I super love Folsom Bike Shop, and love a great financial value as well.

They made it painless and taught me a lot in the process. Their advice matched my research pretty well, and the price range was what I expected. I really enjoyed how they suggested I try out the bicycle, which let me get a first-hand preview of how it would feel to ride without any sales talk.
