Of course, I am happy and pleased to be riding a new bike, and this bike shop contributed to that feeling with a Thorough set up of a new bike

Ask yourself: why might someone travel nearly 30 miles to a bike shop? I’m going to say it’s because they a) stock great products, and b) provide excellent customer service. It also certainly does not hurt that there’s a place to stop and rest during a ride.

A cyclist’s bike shop that provides fantastic product support and recognizes my need to get back on the road - quickly (with a service appointment). Other shops want me to drop off the bike and they will work on it at their convenience - not Folsom Bike.

I called Folsom bike and spoke with Andrew Nel. Andrew was able to make the transaction to buy my Blue Trek FX 3 so easy over the phone. He also helped me get fitted for the bike and helped with accessories .
Andrew also helped me safely load my bike into a trailer attached to my car. It was a 6 hour trip to purchase this bike, which was well worth the drive . I highly recommend this bike shop , but have to say Andrew Nel went beyond customer service to assist me.

Wish I could do zero. Sick of having to prove MSRP just to get MSRPricing...

These guys know their stuff, the mechanics are top-notch and I trust them completely to give me straight answers and fix it right the first time. I've been coming here exclusively for sales and service since they opened.

Bought Thule Bike Rack. Would have been nice if customer service representative had explained that a child bike, which I also purchased, would not fit without adapter. Ordered adapter, which needed to be shipped from Folsom store - with daily delivery. Waited 2 days, went back to store, no follow up on there part. Canceled my order. Purchased from another local store.

First class service from the moment you enter the store. I bought my Trek Cross Rip ebike there and I was well taken care of from start to finish. They even took my old rack off and put the new rack on my vehicle. When I am in the area riding in the area,they have recharged my battery while I was having coffee next door.

Great customer service and bike service/repair. It's frustrating when you spend $100 for a tune-up and find out on your next ride the repair wasn't done correctly. This never happens at Folsom Bike/EDH Bike & Tri.
