Christopher Wilson from Foreclosure Defense Corp is someone I cannot recommend highly enough. It was not a pleasant experience to go through Foreclosure and you are contacted by alot of dishonest people. Chris came through for me in a way that saved my house, he made me at ease during a trying time and delivered while saving me thousands of dollars - really is a genuine guy in a trade where I did not find many.

Called in today kind of my last hours before my property was being sent to be sold. Spoke to Chris Wilson and from start to finish helped me through the process with understanding everything and even made calls on my behalf , we came to the conclusion of a plan of action that suited me best well” best of my interest not his .He did it completely free just to inform me of my options instead of just taking advantage of the situation and signing me up for something .I would recommend this person to anyone I know personally and vouch for him. I’ve owned a business for 25 years and every time I get a review it’s usually a bad one. Typically people won’t even leave you a good review when you do an excellent job unless you ask them too. I didn’t even spend any money with this guy and he still helped me so I know from experience how rare something like this is if you’re in a tough situation I don’t understand your options at least turn to Chris Wilson. He will listen and pointer in the right direction even if it’s not him.

We talked with Christopher and wow what a help my father passed away an my mom was in a tight spot with the house. She said he helped her through every step an made her feel way better. 10/10 recommend.

What a wonderful company. Our family had a great experience and are very grateful to have found Foreclosure Defense Corp when we did. We were in a desperate situation and were facing a foreclosure sale in only 3 days. We had tried working with other companies but they were either way too expensive or just couldn't manage to get anything done. We were really impressed with out point of contact (Chris). He was excellent. They put a solid plan together in a little less than 24 hours and that wound up canceling our sale date. We are now working on the final stages of a loan modification with our lender and just got a conditional approval. We could jot be happier with the results. What a great company. We were in a really bad spot concerning our family home. The sheriff had scheduled an auction date and we were only days away from losing everything. We had contacted a couple dozen firms but were not comfortable with anyone. We finally found this firm through a search and decided to call. So grateful we did. I was really impressed with their ability to diagnose the problem and formulate a strategy to the stop the auction in about 24 hours. The auction was cancelled. Now we actually have time to negotiate a payment plan with our lender without the stress and fear of the auction being scheduled. A big thank you is in order.
