Great product and extremely quick delivery.

My log splitter came damaged on the motor housing. I made the company aware, whereby told a replacement housing would be sent out. So I proceeded to put it together and now I’m told to take the motor off and put a replacement on myself or dissemble the whole splitter and get ready for collection. So would have to redo the whole thing. Shame really as reviews seem really good. Understand it was probably damaged in transit but seems a little bit poor considering the money!

I received the repair kit promptly within 2days . All the components within the kit were of a high standard . The only component that was minimal was the thermal paste which I believe was only just enough . After assembly the fan restarted within a short time . Very happy with truly as the fan manufacturer Skaats are no longer in business.

Ordered fm6ddes-mul wood chipper / mulcher, easy to assemble and seems ok not actually used it yet, company was easy to deal with and dispatched it the same day, not happy with the courier company they use DPD, the 2 parcels came on 2 separate vans and on both occasions they were just left on the door step and didn't bother knocking, I was home for both deliveries and only new the parcels were there because of the ring camera notification.

Bought the electric FM4DDE compact wood chipper. Superb little machine which takes up little space and can be easily moved around. Follow through the instructions and assembly is a breeze. Make sure you’re using a 2.5mm2 cable as outlined. So far been chipping mango and citrus mulch a few days old and I’m pleased with both the power this motor generates as well as the finely chopped material produced. Had a much bigger chipper in the past which output can’t even compete with this one.

Purchased a FM8DD chipper/mulcher, I purchased it from Amazon which was some £200 cheaper yet it's delivered from the company, I telephoned them before I purchased it but they wouldn't sell it me at the Amazon price, strange!.
Anyway the machine isn't bad for the money I would have liked a more popular engine like a B&S or a Honda but I'm sure it would cost more, cannot find anyone in UK stocking parts for this engine!
One thing on assembling the bearings in the wheels are a loose fit on the axle which means the bearings didn't turn but the bearing housing does, I put some bearing lock on to stop this, this is common for Chinese engineering.
Just one other thing, they could do with a handle to make it easy to move around.
These are only silly little things and overall I am very pleased with the quality for the price of the machine.
