I had researched this company and chipper on line and was expecting good things - i have not been disappointed - a really excellent product and company with super fast delivery!

This review is not about a product, but the service they provide.
If you are outside of the UK dont touch this company. They have absolutely no idea about shipping procedures to other countries and do not care to inform themselves before they ship anything. In our case after we got told they ship world wide and take care of everything,we ordered and paid. They shipped the product (a shredder in our case) to Hungary. Soon we found out that this is not possible unless you have an official importer's ID number which we naturally did not have. We even filled out the Customs forms, but without the ID number the goods could not be cleared and got returned to Forest Master UK. After even accusing us that this was all our fault and we did not cooperate, although we did even more than one would need to and filled out Customs forms and send them forward and backwards they told us that the cost for shipping will be deducted from our refund. This is simply outrageous and proofs that this company (we dealt with Adam Bowey) provides absolutely terrible customer service. If we were told about the import procedures before we ordered we would have never ordered. All they needed to do was asking FedEx about the rules or mades themselves knowledgeable before blindly shipping something to another country. Now we are some 80 Euros lighter and they don't even admit that they stuffed up. They even went as far as telling us that the refund can take up to 10 Days due to being international.... I am speechless. They received my money within minutes (credit card) so does it work in reverse. What a heap of bullshit and excuses. So my advice is to stay well clear of this company and don't even think about buying or ordering anything if you are not in the UK.

Towar zgodny z opisem i dobrej jakości - sprawdza się przy pracach ogrodowych. Przydałoby się dorobienie rączki transportowej u góry oraz pełny zakres regulacji pochyłu przy zmianie z mulczera na rębak, jest nieco ograniczony. Mimo drobnych utrudnień z odprawą celną w moim kraju, sprzedawca pomógł skutecznie rozwiązać problem i przesyłka dotarła.

Very speedy delivery and very fair price

Bought my FM6DD after much research.
It did everything it claimed, but then after about 3 hours running it ran lumpy and wouldn't start.
I checked all vital signs and found there was no spark.
I call the Fiorest Master Tech support and spoke to very helpful Joseph Jordan. He posted me a new plug which arrive the next morning.
New plug in, started first time and now runs like a dream.
Great Service. Great Machine.

Electric powered shredder was not up to the job. The product is excellent but the feed so awkward and too small that you have to cut all of the side branches off to get it to work. The exit chute is so low that you have to shovel the shreddings up off the ground. The power cable is too short and it failed after about three hours use and will not reset.
