My Personal 1 Year Experience
I've been purchasing from Foreverlux for about a year now and have had a almost prefect experience... awesome products, prices, reward points & fast-free shipping.
The only 2 bad experiences I've encountered are as follows:
1. If you place an order and it's cancelled by you or them, you are not reimbursed any reward points used.
2. If returning an item for any reason you are charged a restocking fee & return shipping cost...even if they made the mistake.
For these 2 reasons I gave a rating of 4 stars.
