Call center insistenti, incompetenti, scortesi e truffatori!!! Mi hanno fatto perdere quasi 4k€!!! Per azioni consigliate da un certo Damiano.

In September 2019, I became aware of Forex TB through the ad “Make money successfully with €250
Amazon shares” and was persuaded to invest money into trading. Up until that point, I had NO idea
about trading, but I was told I would never be left alone and that I would always receive professional
support. But the promises made by Forex TB turned out to be untrue!
In the beginning, this didn't work for weeks, I was given an introductory meeting, and persuaded to
deposit more than the planned 250€, because then I would immediately get a better status. After I
made the deposit and the first trade, nothing else happened. No further advice, no phone calls. I had
no idea what I had to do and did nothing. In the meantime, the daily fees were piling up, which no one was talking about either. I didn't even know how to read my account, as it wasn't explained to me at all.
Sometime after about 2 months, an advisor got in touch because my trade was in profit. I had the profit paid out and had to realise that half of the 900 € was for fees. In the following weeks, my advisor looked after me regularly by phone and was also available by e-mail. To increase my chances of winning, she suggested I deposit 10TEU, and use the account like a bank, then I could invest more, the fees would not be so high and the profits would be higher. She told me what trades to make, giving direct advice. At first, the profits came, and I had half of my invested capital out and wanted to withdraw it, but there were always some reasons given to me not to do it or to split it so that I would withdraw an amount several times a month because only 1 amount a month is free. The advisor didn't mention anything about this either, I only found this out when I was reading through Forex's FAQ.
I was told that I should apply to become a professional client, as I was supposedly trading so well and
could save even more. I was unsure and didn't do it because I couldn't understand the mechanism of the trade very well. Then came the losses from the trades she recommended to me. I wanted to stop the trades, but she stopped me, the losses kept increasing, and the broker could no longer be reached. No one responded to many emails from me anymore. I had written to all the advisors who had communicated with me and the info email. For weeks, I tried to reach someone who could explain the chaos to me. I was totally desperate. Only after complaining did I got some help from Forex TB.
I left a small amount in the account and tried my luck with small trades myself. At some point, a new
advisor, Latifa, called me and wanted to represent me from then on. But I realized very quickly that she only wanted me to change my private status to professional, so she could take more money out of my pockets, even though I was inexperienced enough. All my detailed questions about losses I would then have, she refused to answer until she stopped contacting me, too. About a year ago, I fell for a new advisor again who persuaded me to invest 15,000 euros in order to get VIP status - there was a special promotion going on and if I had the status, I would have all kinds of advantages and just one day later I could allegedly transfer my money back again immediately. These advisors work with all the tricks and psychological influences that you really think you are being helped to earn some extra money. But it is not true. I had my money transferred back and was immediately told that the Vip status was no longer available. The advisor's promise was a lie. Another new advisor came and pledged me all sorts of things.
Sometimes things went well, then you were supposed to invest more until the losses threw you off
track, but here the advisors had ideas and tricks to make up for the losses. It all sounds so logical that I believed it. But once the money has flowed, you hear nothing more from them and have to watch
yourself lose everything.
In the end, I lost huge sums because of the manipulations, false promises and negligence of Forex TB.
For months now I have been trying to recover my money and prove gross negligence on the company's part, but so far Forex TB is not responding to my letters or chats. I will go to extreme measures and if necessary take legal action to hold Forex TB accountable.

Unos ladrones,me hicieron ingresar dinero y dos veces más para ganar más,y la comunicación era muy mala hará que dejaron de contestarme,lo hicieron justo unos días antes del año para decirme lo que había ganado que eran como 400€ y al día siguiente me llamaron diciendo que lo había perdido todo,y a quien reclamas o dices algo, apenas me dejó hablar y me colgó, dinero perdido que no tengo y me hacía mucha falta,jugaron conmigo y con el bienestar de mi hija con lesión cerebral que solo quería hacer eso para darle una mejor calidad de vida,y la tuve que quitar de las terapias por no poder pagarlas. Me hicieron mucho daño.

Great platform terrible service no matter when I invest they won't contact me I'm left trying myself..... an they make it hard to withdraw if u don't have the u deposit with that a joke they got 6000 on me due to a drop in the market the stop loss didn't trigger said not their fault but my other broker was able to sort the exact same situation at obr.invest an gave bak with credit forex don't care for customers so unless u very experienced stay away

Gli account manager ti chiamano di continuo e ti fanno molta pressione per aggiungere altri fondi ed aprire altre posizioni, persi 35.000€ in un giorno per seguire i loro consigli

Sono dei truffatori sono scomparsi tutti i miei soldi sulla piattaforma,in più avevo fatto un prelievo di cui sono 10 giorni che non ricevo ne soldi e ne risposte.
Sono dei maledetti ladri non fidatevi

dopo la messa in funzione della nuova piattaforma, non è più possibile chiudere le posizioni aperte che siano in guadagno o in perdita non ci sono e non si trovano indicazioni sono spariti titoli delle posizioni aperte ma questi continuano a cambiare di valore anche se non sono più negoziati da fxtb, un gran casino, e non si capice neppure come uscire da questo tunnel

Anch io da un paio di giorni non riesco più ad accedere alla piattaforma e nonostante abbia chiesto il rimborso dei miei soldi non ricevo risposte.

Mi è sparita la piattaforma e mi dice pagina non trovata, ci sono i miei soldi, il servizio clienti è diventato inesistente, forex TB, ho bisogno di capire cosa è successo improvvisamente, grazie e come posso recuperare i miei soldi, se non riesco ad aprire ne contattare l'azienda??

They have ruined my life to the point I was suicidal and still struggling with my life and after loosing a life changing sum of money. I only wanted to open a crytpo account with $250 - opened an account and had a call from an account manger who talked me into depositing to trade FX. I filled in the questionnaire truthfully so they knew how much money I had. Aggressive tactics. Lack of education by your supposed 'account manager', pressure to take trades and deposit more money whilst they hold on the phone. The phone rings every time you open your computer and log on. Constant promises for a better account for more money deposits. They give you answers to questions for their questionnaire to get a 'Professional account'. They talk about asking their manager to lower the account limit to get a better account if you deposit more money. I wanted to close trades that were spiraling into a negative but advised not too, there was no need! Advised not to set stop losses. I made a mistake on a trade and wanted to close it and take the hit on commission but advised not too -I wouldn't be living this hell. Bullies who give bad advise on purpose.

Ho investito 200,00 euro su agricoinvest un Web Trader state alla larga è una truffa. Ho perso tutta la somma anche se piu' volte fatta la richiesta di riaccredito.

Ladri! vi rubano soldi! usate altre piattaforme che garantiscono migliori prestazioni. vi spiego. stavo usando due piattaforme di treding. poi è arrivata la pandemia e molti pagamenti non mi sono arrivati, ma sono stati bloccati. avendo diverse spese il mio conto si e assottigliato. l'altra piattaforma non mi ha fatto niente. FXTB si e permessa di vendere tutte cripto chiaramente in crisi da covid erano molto basse e ci ho perso diversi soldi. in più avevo lasciato 100 euro sulla piattaforma. a mesi di distanza spariti pure quelli. in più ti tartassano di chiamate da tutta l'Europa. e più una truffa che una piattaforma. peccato perché e fatta bene ma gestita da ladri!

This people gave me terrible account manager that was making me incur losses and I was just a student. I lost my savings

Their so called 'Senior Account Managers' have very aggressive tactics. They pursuade you to trade using very high risk trading strategies and when you loose money they keep pushing you to deposit more funds. They are very convincing and certainly fooled me. Many of my trades were eaten by SWAPS. In the very short period I was trading with this outfit, I must have worked with 5 or 6 different 'Senior Account Managers'. They keep changing them, I guess not to allow you to build relationships. A pattern I noticed was that if one 'Senior Account Manager' fails to get you to deposit more funds, then they try with a different 'Senior Account Manager' and they keep on trying. I will forever regret my very costly experience with ForexTB. I wish there were more safeguards in place to protect first time amateur traders like myself. I lost my life savings. This keeps me awake at night.
