If I could negative stars, I would. I have been on the hook with this company “waiting for materials” for so long that now I surpassed the buyer’s insurance. They are complete scam! 😡

Worked for a year or so and then just died. New battery didn’t help. Very poor quality build.

I have purchased three watches from them in the past and I get compliments all the time. So I go too purchase more and they are pre-ordered. I have been waiting 8 months for my watches and they seem like they went out of business.

Placed an order for 4 watches back in february 2025, never received order, credit card company denied my claim for refund, lost $600 usd. Foster g Forge not communicating

Ordered two watches in July 25. They've never arrived and no replies to emails. Ive used this company before and was very impressed. Website is now down. Suspect that they have folded. Ive lost £200. Lesson learnt ... the discount was too good to be true.

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a watch in March and it still hasn't been delivered. Initially they fobbed me of with excuses, now they just ignore my emails.

In my experience this company has gone from good, to bad, to utterly fraudulent. I have several of their watches but the most recent, ordered and paid for in Feb 2025, has never been delivered. I have tried repeatedly to get some answers from them but only get fobbed off each time with excuses. The most recent 'delivery date' was November 2025 but it is now December and their website appears to have been closed down. I can only assume they have either collapsed or, worse, disappeared with my (and presumably many others' by the tone of these reviews) money. My advice? Don't have anything to do with them.

This company is a fraudulent company. Ordered watch since August didn’t receive the watch. I have emailed more than 30 times still nothing .

One star is generous, I bought from this company in the past no problem very nice watches, but I ordered another in April’25, still not received sent numerous emails to customer service with promises it would arrive in August, then November, still nothing now website appears to have shut don & no reply from email or phone, very disappointing looks like I lost money & nice looking watch

Terrible company took my money in January for a new watch and still not received in November. I’ve emailed 10 plus times to get a refund and I just get ignored. I’ve been ripped off do not shop at this company.

Such a shame. Used to be a good company with good products and good customer service. I ordered a watch in June… not arrived - it’s nearly December! Customer service don’t answer enquiries any more. I’m seemingly unable to get a watch or a refund.

I was a loyal customer of forged and Foster. I have two watches from them and I figured I would buy a third. I ordered my watch May 17 of 2025. They told me my watch would take 3 to 5 days to deliver. It never came. I reached out to customer service And they told me my watch would be there by July. It is now the end of November to be exact the date is November 19, 2025. Customer service has stopped responding to me and I still have no answers on where my watch is. I gave them almost $400 For a watch that I have no clue if I will ever receive. If I ever receive my watch, I would never do business with them again.

I Ordered my watch in September it's mid November and I have not received it. I have emailed them over and over and they don't even bother to reply. Such a terrible experience. I am beginning to wonder if this is a scam / fraud company and if I will ever get my watch.

Avoid. Ordered May 25, still nothing. Fortunately i paid on a credit card. Now refunded. Shame, had 2 watches previously with a great experience. Seems that they must be in trouble.

I would love to give no stars. 1 star is to much!! DO NOT BUY!!!! Seriously!!! Service sucks. watches were used and sent from residential address. No return available.... if you know what's good... don't order!

-100 stars with this company. I bought my first watch and it has been great so figured I would buy another one. Bought on August 3rd, 2025 and still hasn’t shipped and they can’t tell me when it will ship. Totally mislead on what was supposedly a “pre-order” watch, yet there was no indication of this at the time of purchase. Seems to be a trend after reading the other reviews and this company is probably now just scamming people with no intention of ever delivering their product. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ordered a watch from website, what turned up is a tatty 2nd ex display model with scratches all over it ? Attempted to contact customer service for a returns address with no joy. Telling that they have no address on their website (which is illegal in itself in the UK) - so the 30 day returns is a compleme myth.

I bought a 2 watches since june and until now its been october i never received my watch and they always apologized for the delay, They keep promising that the watch will be deliver by october, and always telling me that they will check the warehouse, I lost money on this watches and im not expecting that this watches will be deliver to me. I just think that i lost my money..I will not buying watch on this conpany again, im very disappointed..

I ordered a watch in May 2025 and it is 8th of october and still no watch , i have some Robot writing that it is in the warehouse and will be shipped in september, this is been such a bad experience, please do not go for pre-order
