Jenny at Formkraft was extremely helpful, very responsive and the team went out of their way to deliver our items on such a tight deadline. I received proofs for each item prior to being printed. I had a large selection of items with large quantities on order and all was received with exceptional quality.

Consistently reliable
Buying my office and shop consumables is just a means to an end, so I can persue my own business as a retail bookseller.
Formkraft have for years made this process simple and reliable with excellent availability, delivery and competitive prices (I do price-check periodically).
Frontline staff are always "on the ball" to serve and inform rather than upsell - I don't need coercion!
Their admin is also simple and well thought out. Formkraft's style as a support supplier just works - consistently.

Skills for Health
Our organisation, like many, have had to switch to delivering virtual events where previously we would have lots of opportunities to meet people face to face. We wanted to still add value to attendees virtually, and working with Formkraft has been fantastic as they provided ideas and ways we could create a suitable event pack to send to our attendees. They have been efficient and supportive by regularly communicating with us on the delivery of our "virtual" event packs and the quality has been excellent. Our attendees love the packs, and we're thrilled to have worked with Formkraft who have been instrumental in making this idea a reality. They were also very supportive with creative visuals for our merchandise so we can promote the packs more widely through our marketing channels.
