Customer Service Rep Robert did a great job explaining the differences between their equipment and the competitors. They worked with me on the budget, that I had, to drive down the cost but still have great home security. So far I am very happy and pleased with all Fortress representatives. The technician Greg, was super prompt, they worked around my busy work schedule and were able to install all necessary equipment timely.

From the time I first called and talked to Robert, everything happened just as we had discussed. The entire process was explained in detail and it happened. Greg, the installer, was knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We are happy to be new customers.

Everything from start to complete setup was easy.

I contacted Fortress to install their system in my home that had a system that the prior owner had installed. I told them what I was looking for and they provided me with a quote over the phone which was exactly what I paid after it was installed. The ease of working with Fortress was a great experience, unlike another security company who couldn't provide a quote over the phone and had wanted to come out to evaluate the job.

First alarm company I've ever had that followed up to make sure the install went well and they even called the day after I set it off in accident to see if we needed anything adjusted and then they adjusted the delay timing on one door over the web to give me a few seconds next time I forget to turn it off.

Very professional and helpful staff. They came to reactivate our security system quickly and did a great job.

I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. The sales force and service installation technicians, who installed our security system were professional in their work ethic along with simple setup training for startup of the system. Service so far is good.

I started researching an upgrade to our alarm system last April. I was going on vacation and leaving my 93 year old mother with a caregiver. After meeting with three companies I still didn't have what I wanted. My husband was always telling me about the surveillance system our neighbor has. He would be out of the country and watch his neighbor pick up his paper. The police had asked to view his recordings on a few occasions so they might obtain suspect information on crimes committed in our neighborhood. CASES SOLVED!!! Although, his system seemed so high-tech and probably out of my price range, I contacted Fortress Security anyway. I truly believe this is the best business phone call I have ever made. I didn't feel like I was being sold a lot of services I didn't need, but was offered solutions to my unique situation. Most companies would probably consider me a difficult customer. I want perfection, but I frequently change my mind. Every time I contact Fortress for anything, I get prompt, professional service by every single employee, including the GM. I feel like my satisfaction is important because when I call the local office I believe they know exactly who I am and are happy to hear from me. Fortress Security has gone above and beyond in more ways than I would have ever expected. I have NEVER received that kind of service from any other company.

Leslie was great! I had no intention to switch over to fortress, was just calling to get more information.Leslie explained everything and made it a no-brainer to make the switch. In fact I have already recommended someone to make the switch to fortress.

Robert Trahan is an asset to Fortress Security and represents the company well.
