Bad communication

It's been a week since I placed an order and fully paid.
It seems to be stuck with the seller.
I can wait but communication with ForwardBuy is bad and frustrating.
I get no responses from emails and there are no updates on my order after me asking them three days in a row.
These are important items.
Again, I can wait but I just wanna know how long it can take. If it'll take three weeks (or idk how long), at least I'd be able to make alternative solutions (such as buy from somewhere else, cancel, etc) according to the time period.
But alas, no response.

COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE. IVE SENT EMAIL AND YET TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE. THE ITEM SOLD AND I DONT KNOW IF THEY MADE THE PURCHASE OR NOT AND I DONT WANT TO REACH OUT TO PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK JUST INCASE THEY WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE ITEM. I NEED YOU GUYS TO REACH OUT TO ME.

5 star service! Fast shipping via Fedex, delivered on time and the items delivered without being broken. Properly wrapped and they always have a prompt response from the forwardBuy team. Awesome service!!

They get my money , And they don't realize a order . I have a screen from my transaction and mails without answer. I start procedure with PayPal to reach chargeback. Order nr RQA1825

Impressed!

I was kind of iffy, but after doing my research I decided to take the risk. And finally my product is here. I was really impressed with how fast they replied to my emails and how my package once at their warehouse, took only 3 days to get to me, from across the world mind you. Wow! Will use them again if the situation arises.

I had a great experience with the ForwardBuy team. They were responsive, effective and extended themselves to answer questions in detail and to respond to requests. Everything was handled well and I received my purchase in a timely way, well packaged and as expected.
