Fosters have been absolutely fantastic in selling my Mum's house. Selling my Property

Amazing Service
I cannot recommend Katy Dickinson and Cora Hunter at Fosters Solicitors highly enough.
From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely excellent. The matter involved a property purchase with bridging finance and a number of issues that needed to be dealt with quickly, and both Katy and Cora were professional, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout.
Communication was first class. I was always kept informed, emails and queries were dealt with promptly, and I never felt that I was left wondering what was happening. When something needed urgent attention, they were on it straight away and made what could have been a fairly stressful transaction feel straightforward and well managed.
What impressed me most was that I genuinely felt they cared about getting the transaction completed for me, rather than simply treating it as another file. They were approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to explain things clearly when needed.
A huge thank you to Katy and Cora for all their hard work and support. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fosters again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and reliable solicitor.

Brilliant experience and service from Iain McClay and Sally Bunnewell. Over several years Iain has guided me through various family matters. Iain has a way of giving you exactly the right advice at exactly the right time, and he's been a real steadying presence in highly stressful moments. When things became really complex due to my daughter's additional needs and case complexity, Iain never lost sight of what mattered most, an outcome that would help my daughter.
