Fox were able to offer us local storage immediately and we moved our equipment in the same day. Good deal for those first 8 weeks just to allow us some breathing room to sort a more longer term solution.

The terms of hire were explained…
The terms of hire were explained concisely. Two chaps helped us move a wardrobe we were struggling with then helped us to tie our boot down, without being asked. Chantal helped us out with admin and deposit refund. Would definitely use again.

Prolonged and not easily done .. though the girl I dealt with was nice ……
It doesn’t make clear on what you pay … all you see if the 50% off for the first 2 months … I had to pay £25 before we even got started … then filled in all my details … then got another email and had to fill in my details again ? Then my direct debit details again …. Then had to wait for another email to confirm …. Not the easiest storage I’ve dealt with.

Unprofessional
Booked a storage unit online, came to the storage, they told me my booking hasn't gone through in the system and they don't have units that size. Than why was I able to book one online?
I agree on booking a larger unit since I'm already there, but every time I came I would get told off that I need to hurry because they close soon. I cancelled my unit and will never be doing business with Fox Self Storage again.
Also, this place is, by definition, not a self-storage.

While we are classed as a self-storage facility, our team are always on site during staffed hours to assist customers and ensure safety and security.
