RMTX300E Sony remote replacement

The remote was a replacement due to the very high cost of a Sony original. Unfortunately the item's central button arrow controlling scrolling did not function properly. Foxtek responded quickly to the fault and sent a replacement which currently functions as well as my previous Sony branded product. Given the price, warranty and first class customer service this is a good purchase.

We bought a replacement Samsung Remote…

We bought a replacement Samsung Remote Control. It does the job but is quite flimsy, with the battery casing being unstable.

Following my comments, Foxtek have been proactive in offering me a replacement unit, which is welcome. Thanks.
