There is no posted phone number for customer service. When you follow the online "chat" resource, it takes you to my.justanswer.com, which then takes you to a "quick consultation" which costs $49. They then keep sending you texts offering to help, which cycle you back through the exact same process. Do NOT buy these if you need help.

Ich betreibe 2 Frameos in 15.6 Zoll. Leider hängt sich die APP alle paar Tage auf und die Anzeige friert ein. Die Hardware funktioniert, aber die App hat wohl ihre Probleme. Der Kontakt zum "Customer Service" war ernüchternd. Der Kollege schiebt alles auf den Verkäufer des Rahmens und argumetiert ernsthaft damit, dass auch Microsoft keine Gewährleistung bei defekten Rechnern übernimmt. Das kann man sich nicht wirklich ausdenken. Es wird tatsächlich ein Betriebssystem mit einer App verglichen, die scheinbar bei gewissen Fotos ein Problem bekommt und dann einfriert.

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews. Our experience with Frameo has been great. Works as advertised. Love I can post photos to other family member's Frameos. Easy to use app.
Good screen - crap software
The screen is very clear. The software is crap.
It is almost impossible to bulk import photos unless they are .jog or .png. Getting past the odd video clip is impossible. And ignore the ads about free forever. Uploading albums is not allowed. Generally an abysmal product to be avoided - Try skylight instead. Wish we had researched more before jumping in to an apparent Australian based product.
Customer Support Non Existent.
Frameo do not care about customers. I logged support call 90795 with a simple question about the sort order of photos on the frame. No reply! So after 1 week I logged call 91504 asking them to reply to the previous call. Still nothing. Maybe I should log a thousand calls each referring to the previous one?
In any event, Frameo do NOT care about you once they have got your money. You have been warned.
Full on bait and switch tactics, no apologies….especially for earlier buyers.
My mom passed really suddenly a few years ago and it sort of spurred me on into not only taking more photos of my family and loved ones, but having some place to view them. My wife has always been the photographer between us both, so I wanted some smart frames so we could pop our precious memories on them vs having them live in our phones/tablets/accounts or wait to be printed.
I got these awesome frames in Nov 2022, hi def, really clear. I got 2x10.1 frames (1920x1080) and 2x8 frames (2K). It was great for about 2 years and a bit with Frameo but all of a sudden here comes Frameo+ in Feb of 25’ and no kidding, about 1/2 of the functions and capabilities of my frames shifted to this subscription I never agreed to when buying the frames. Imagine buying devices with the exact functionality you want and having it taken away and put behind a subscription 2 years later? They didn’t even bother to grandfather accounts, no, they took the functions away, pulling a complete bait and switch on every customer. It should be illegal.
Now, functionality as simple as viewing what’s on the frame is gone. You can only transfer a number of photos to the frame and it’s just a mess now. Everything is clunky unless you have the subscription.
Suffice it to say, I’m now looking for alternatives for the 4 frames I own. What a scummy thing to do?

Lad os starte med det negative først, så kan du altid hoppe fra hvis der allerede er noget du rynker på snuden af.
1. Som alle gadgets der normalt er tilsluttet wifi og kan fjernbetjenes, kan man IKKE fjernbetjene denne ramme, KUN hvis du betaler et månedligt/årligt beløb får du denne mulighed!.?!?!
Det er rimeligt, og også almindeligt at det koster noget hvis man ønsker at tage backup til CLOUD. Men Frameo mener de også vil have betaling for at du eksempelvis vil hjælpe dine gamle forældre hjemmefra via telefonen. Noget så simpelt som eksempelvis at sortere eller slette billeder og andre administrative ting, ja det vil Frameo have penge for!! UHØRT. Dette selv om du faktisk har købt og betalt produktet, og betaler for din egen strøm og ikke mindst internet forbindelsen, ja så synes de lige de vil kræve lidt penge for denne tjeneste som selvfølgelig burde være en del af pakken. Denne uhørlige frækhed svarer til at man køber et webcam og tilslutter til sin wifi derhjemme, men for at du kan få lov til at se hvad kameraet viser, gemme film og fotos, slette og andre normale ting som er forventeligt, ja, så tager firmaet penge for det.
En ting er helt sikkert, hvis det var tilfældet fik man ALDRIG solgt et eneste webcam.
Men her drejer det sig om en så simpel ting som en fotoramme. Man kan kun administrere og tilpasse denne, hvis man er fysisk til stede hvor rammen befinder sig, altså medmindre man betaler en månedlig eller årlig sum penge.
Så kære FRAMEO, tror lige I skal sadle hesten lidt om og nøjes med at gøre som alle andre udbydere af wifi styrede devices, nemlig at nøjes med at tage penge for en service som CLOUD backup, og ikke tage penge for almindelig fjernbetjent ydelse.
Husk det er ikke alle mennesker som bor hjemme ved sine evt. gamle forældre som gerne vil have lidt hjælp til sletning af billeder osv.
Så meget kort. Hvis I vil sælge rammer i et større antal, så skal det selvfølgelig IKKE koste noget at kunne betjene den eksternt fra.
Rammen er pæn og har nogenlunde refleksfrit glas. Betjeningen er nem hvis man er vant til menuer og trykke sig frem, men ikke specielt god til ældre og ikke teknisk minded brugere.

Very disappointed considering it is not a cheap product.
1. Picky with the wifi it can connect to I.e I can connect to home wifi but office wifi. That means I can’t really use the frame on my office desk
2. Sometimes it turns off by itself
3. Screen freezes sometimes and you can turn it off without unplugging the power but for instructions says you can’t unplug it when the screen is on
4. Super laggy when navigate through the frame. Feels like I live in the digital world 15 years ago
5. Screen definition isn’t that good for this Price
It was a Father’s Day present and now the frame is sitting in the living room but not working sometimes. Really don’t know what to do, feels like I just threw away a hundred dollars

Meget fin billede ramme. Der er dog et kæmpe minus, da selv nogle helt normale feature, som man forventer er tilgængelige skal tilkøbes, hvilket gør produktet dyrt over længere tid. Jeg købte den helt store model, men overvejer nu at sælge den. Og vil ikke anbefale andre at købe produktet.

It is very frustrating to have problems with frame and the online support is useless. It does not directly address issues. It has very limited, canned responses. So disappointing!
