Ordered a frame 16x20, in light wood, received a poster size frame in Dark Oak. They claimed it was my error. Looking at other reviews they have made a career of sending out the wrong frame, probably shifting bad selling items. Are all these customers computer illiterate?. If you add an item to the basket, and receive something else, how can it be your error? Legally they should pay return postage, but they refuse so I am left with something to give away or break up. Best to buy either from a frame shop, Amazon, or a company that accepts Paypal. That way you are protected if you don't get what you ordered.

Ordered a custom frame which arrived damaged. I requested a refund as it was poorly constructed. They sent me a replacement which has also broken. The mitre joints and fixings are just not fit for purpose. I am now requesting another refund.

Is has been a long 6 months of talking with the owner of this company, who in my opinion is absolutely useless; sending me the wrong sizes twice, even though on the invoice is stated certain sizes. He is constantly promising new frames, and a refund with promise after promise.. I still have not received either a refund or the product is requested.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. Take my experience and £300 loss as a sign to not use this company.

Had a damaged frame, emailed, went through a few boiler plate stuff and then they sent a new one through, gold frame way better in person than on website picture

Frame was incredibly well priced. You def pay for what you get, no issues. Would order again.

I wished I had checked reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a frame and got a different frame. They keep ghosting me on WhatsApp and just read the chats and not respond. I came up with a solution by offering to keep the item and get a refund of the price different. I have had no response on what the plan is going to be. My experience so far has been awful.

Ordered a frame from Framorey through onbuy.com - it was (apparently) sent tracked through Royal Mail but they never received it and it never arrived. Useless company. Avoid!

What a nightmare company to deal with. I received a damaged frame and requested a replacement. That required 3 emails despite my request for a replacement being clear. The replacement sent was incorrect so I requested a refund. So far I have had to send 3 emails on that as well. I have now requested a refund through PayPal.

Sent me a email saying item is out of stock but was still allowing items to be sold on website. Happened twice now. Still Have not refunded me the money for both items.

Received wrong item, sent them pictures and proof of their mistake, they keep emailing me excuses and never got the items replaced or refunded. AVOID. There are plenty frame businesses that are honest and you wont waste money or your time chasing on them.
