It was fairly quick and the necklace I bought may be the best jewelry purchase I've made in a long time. I got it to commemorate my husband leaving and it makes me feel better every time I touch it.

I ordered 3 necklaces from Frankly and I love them so so much! The quality is so good and the cheeky little engravings are perfect and so subtle that I can wear them day to day even to work. Even with a shipping delay due to the c*nt necklace being on preorder which was clearly stated on the website it was so worth the wait! I love them so much thank you Frankly

I still have not recieved my product…
I still have not recieved my product after 8 days even though the website stated 2 to 4 days. I've emailed 4 times now as it is aleady late for the birthday gift I purchased it for. My replies have been from bots and not a person, even though they state it's a small, family business. My product still hasn't even been processed after 8 days. Not impressed and not sure if this is a scam now.

My package never arrived
My package went missing with Royal Mail and although Frankly did chase this up for me, I still haven’t received my purchase and I’m waiting for further help with this, hence the 2 stars.

Order never arrived
Order paid for on 20th May 2025, order has not yet arrived. When i queried the delivery I was sent a 'proof of delivery' from Royal Mail dated 11th June 2024! So item was delivered 11 months before i ordered it?
