I've been trying for over a month to return a damaged item and they continually ask for photos and when photos are sent they want more.
Why should I pay £4.99 to return a faulty item. All I want is an exchange.
3 different people have been in contact after multiple emails and all asked for even more photos.
They photos don't show the fault because the zip does not look faulty but doesn't zip up correctly.
Will not use frasers again incase I end up in the same scenario

Returning clothing items that are too small. They charge for returns £4.99, it doesn’t say you have to pay for returns. You only find out when you have to return something. Most online stores offer free returns so I won’t be ordering again from Frasers…

Ordered some Christmas Pyjamas on 12th August, got order confirmation etc with order number. Had nothing since. Nothings been delivered. I’ve tried calling, emailing, social media messages - to get no response whatsoever. Very disappointed!
Fraser Order - Very poor service experienced.
Ordered 2 sweaters 'On Line' sized Medium after I'd earlier tried one of the pullovers, a Large but generous one on in the M/C store. The store staff kindly advised me to go on line to order a Medium which I did. £4.99 was also charged for delivery. When the two sweaters came they were still well overlarge so I ordered two more in Small but I had to pay more. Having paid £4.99 for delivery I then found out that you need to pay £4.99 AGAIN to have items returned - despite goods not fit for purpose as online you are unable to try on first.
Also the 'Contact Us' facility offers nothing as if it's been taken off use so there is no Customer Service via a phone for advice despite there being references to it!
All in all I will not buy clothes through this facility again. I still need to return the two overly large Medium sweaters and I dread to think what the Return and Refund service will be like!
The two stars I have awarded are only given as a token to recognise ordering and delivery which seemed OK through Evri. Buyers beware!
Sports Direct item was never delivered and only partial refund given after they cancelled the order when I didn't ask them to.
I ordered a bike rack from Sports Direct on the 25/7/2024. It did not arrive in the 3-7 days they claimed so I waited a couple more weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was a mistake.
When I contacted customer service I got no response, only getting a response when I posted a review of Sports Direct on Trustpilot.
I was contacted by email after this and they assured me it was being looked into.
I then got an email on 03/09/2024 stating that my order had been cancelled and a refund issued. The problem is I now have no bike rack meaning that I cannot commute to work using my bike and so I am relying on expensive buses and parking to get to work. I also have not been refunded for the delivery of the item which was never delivered due to being "lost in transit".
I responded to Fraser Group customer service email to ask why I have once again been ignored and got no response.
I am now considerably out of pocket and have to start my search for a bike rack again.
To top it all off they are still showing the item as for sale on the website, which I can only assume this is to try and con more people out of their money and cause people distress and financial woes. This appears to be the business that they are in because they are certainly not in sales and customer service.
Poor company
Poor company. They do not send out your order, they don’t answer emails or messages via social media. And their online chat bot just sends you around in circles.

It's Sports Direct by another name!
Please be aware: this company is not in any way customer focussed. When Mike Ashley bough the group it re-branded Sports Direct. They own it and many other brands: Everlast, Lonsdale, Slazenger and Karrimor plus. If you buy from the brands direct it is just Sports Direct Customer Service.
They have lost a parcel, and refuse to accept responsibility. They use Evri as their courier (this is worthy of another review). I bought from Slazenger after that thinking it was a reputable brand, and only after they refused a return of items I had not even tried on I checked and found out that the brand is just Sports Direct Also. I will be taking them to the small claims and get my £50 back. But wanted to add to the appalling reviews here. These are genuine, this company just flogs rubbish and does all it can never to return any money for faulty goods.
Where is my refund.
I placed an order only to be told after waiting for weeks everything is out of stock. Payment left my account 30th July 2024 £282.94. It is now 5th September 2024. Still no refund. Where is it!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company unless you can afford to give money for nothing.

Poor customer service and would not trust them. My item was a birthday present and there is no care or consideration to my order.Disgusting will be taking this further

Terrible. Any half decent company will offer you a refund if you return unwanted products, whatever the reason. Picked up a school bag for my child, child didn’t like it, they wouldn’t give a refund. I didn’t think they could get away with this in this day and age. Good bye Frasers. Absolute trash.
Don't order unless you can wait a month
I initially ordered my items from Sports Direct, only to wait two weeks with no dispatch notice. Frustrated, I canceled the order and re-ordered from House of Fraser, expecting a better experience. Unfortunately, it took another two weeks for my order to finally arrive. During this time, I never received any tracking information and had to chase them via email just to find out where my package was.
To make matters worse, I was charged £20 for delivery—a price that certainly didn’t reflect the poor service I received. I expected much better from a company like House of Fraser. I’m now seeking a refund, as this whole experience has been nothing short of shocking. I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered two pairs of shoes. Return process took me 8 attempts. Customer services was never around even when I sent emails. When I was able to connect to chat, I was closed after waiting for 20+ mins.

This company is part of studio (who are a nightmare with my orders I made the 14th of August and I'm still waiting it's now the 31st of August) can't contact them by phone and I've sent loads of emails. Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish!! Don't be fooled by there amazing sales!!!!!took my payment and now left in limbo!!!!!!!...it's now the 3rd of September and still no one been in touch..Joke!!!!!!!

Visited Frasers Wolverhampton this morning and came away with a new polo shirt. The staff were just brilliant, smartly dressed, polite and very helpful. Tried a few on in the spacious changing rooms and the last one nailed it. With the no refund policy, having the best changing rooms is so important and certainly got my sale today.

Worst customer service ever! Avoid at all costs!!! They are a joke and if this bed is not picked up by Monday then they can whistle for their money!! 9 days for a reply. 9 DAYS!!! If you happen to have an email response (good luck) just hope for your sake it's not the delightful lady I am conversing with she must have gone to an extremely exclusive university to learn her customer service skills. I am in customer service and if I ever spoke to a customer in that way would be sacked on the spot. Honestly worst company ever and I've been a customer of three 😂

Absolute shambles of a company. Made an order for my son going to uni. Paid extra for NDD as on a time limit. Sent part of order, no sign of the remaining products. No updates, chasing them up every day to no avail. Once you finally get hold of someone on the chat box they tell me it’s due to be sent that day, day after day, nothing. No reply to numerous emails sent. Disgusting. I just want a refund to go elsewhere now but again that’s also impossible to request. Please avoid Frasers at all cost. I will never use them again!!
