Had 4 items missing from my parcel sent pictures of damaged packaging and the tape it was taped up with and items I actually received they are refusing to send out missing items and are still keeping the money as they are saying they left the warehouse and courier is not replying rejected my claim.Been trying since 19th September to get sorted with no join fraudsters avoid

I was firstly sent the wrong item, I had to contact customer service to resolve this which was appauling, I might as well be talking to a robot it took so long for them to understand the problem.
When I exchanged the item I was sent the wrong item AGAIN.
After another time consuming chat with customer service I returned the item. Over 3 weeks on and I still have not recieved a refund, they are refusing to give me a refund while they try to resolve the issue with the courier despite providing proof of postage on my part.
I WILL BE AVOIDING IN THE FUTURE.
Dishonestly pricing a coat!
I would not trust Fraser’s. They appear to make up prices and then change it without any notice. On Saturday October 19th I went into the store they have in Blackpool,Lancashire. I tried on a camel coloured Ted Baker coat. The coat (as well as all the others on the same stand) had been priced at £325. On the label it had been reduced in the sale to £175. On taking it to the till the sales assistant said the price was actually well over £220! I said I should be able to buy it for the advertised price! The assistant went to find his manager, who incidentally did not even have the common courtesy to come over with an explanation. The assistant said I had been offered a discount. I again made the point that I should have been able to buy it for the price on the label. I was unable to do so. I would still like to buy it for the advertised £175 price!

Shocking experience, avoid buying anything online as customer service is no existent, 9 days after placing the order and they still haven’t dispatched the item and there’s absolutely no way of contacting them or getting an update! Luckily I paid via PayPal and il have to contact them to resolve the problem
Awful experience in Frasers Wolverhampton
Went into Frasers Wolverhampton today just as it was about to close as I rushed in after work. I knew exactly what I was going to get and was allowed in with 1 minute to closing time. I went directly to what I wanted and asked for the size, then a manager came over and stated “we are not serving customers now, we are closed” even though I was in store.
He was very dismissive and walked off. He did not care that I rushed in and was trying to get a special gift. No empathy and no hint of compassion. He did not even say, I’m really sorry we are unable to serve you, please come back first thing tomorrow. He just went off leaving me standing there.
Not great and for a declining high street, I would hope customer service was better.
Do better Frasers, being kind and courteous goes a long way.
AVOID avoid avoid
AVOID avoid avoid ! In the UK if you recieve unwanted parcels you contact the seller and delivery company. I did this. I never once asked for the actual customers details just that you contact your customer to update their address with you. Round and round in circles asking me to contact their customer.. They do not read the emails properly and send emails back to the level of utter frustration. Fix the problem all that was required to be said to me is "we will look into it". The most mad conversation I've ever seen it should be in a comedy show like Still Game. I've blocked the Frasers email address that was being used as result of the utter idiocy and incompetent behaviour of either the staff or the technology if its a AI. I will actively never shop here as a result and I will discourage anyone from shopping with this company as a result of that nonsense.

I have recently been into Frasers Wolverhampton with the intention of purchasing a pair of Converse or Vans trainers, I waited for someone to appeared to help me when no one did I approached two assistants chatting not about work issue. I asked if could have some assistance they still continued to chat then a man joined in then the assistance went away and came back saying they didn’t have the size. I was offered no extra assistance. I did say I thought the service the was a disgrace.
I can see why Frasers has the reputation it has.

Terrible customer services - avoid
I placed an order on 29/09/2024 with Frasers group but I did not receive an email confirmation of my order. I tried contacting customer services but I could not get through to anyone online without an order number. The only way to contact Frasers group is via chat. There is no way to send an email or phone. The chat just gives an automated response and doesn't connect to a human.
The items that I ordered have been delivered but there was no delivery note with the order. I would like to return one of the items but I am unable to because I don't know the order number.
I advise that anyone considering buying from Frasers Group avoid this company.

I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I gave Frasers a month to fix this issue….that didn’t happen, ooh wow There customer care department needs training!I ordered 2 items in the sale only 1 came, I waited a couple of weeks and then chased it… any communication takes forever, but when they did reply not helpful, I wanted the item I paid for, no one acknowledged this or try and get it to me, just a refund which I still haven’t had… is it run by children it seems so 🙄 won’t be using them again!

Missing parcel no number to call they must know its not been delivered! Courier advised lost.
Struggling to contact anyone will try mail next as no contact number chat bot just disconnects after 5 mins.
SCAM!!! Rubbish Service
Ordered a expensive perfume (over £100) for my wife from House of Fraser with Fraser Plus. When we received the parcel, there was no perfume inside apart from a plastic box/bag with Sport Direct label. It was ridiculous. Contacted customer service team of House of Fraser immediately, told me they would need to investigate and would reply me within 48 hours. And asked me to continue making payment in the Fraser plus to avoid affecting my credit score. After that I chased them four times and got same reply. After 2 weeks, they just replied that they believe the parcel was not empty during the delivery and closed the ticket. OMG, I never said that the parcel was empty. They just used £5 plastic box to swap my perfume. Then I contacted the Fraser plus to ask for help. They told me that they could do nothing for it and I have to continue paying. I would never use or recommend House of Fraser and Fraser Plus again. Rubbish services.

I've recently ordered from Studio and Get the Label,who are part of the Fraser group. On both occasions I've ordered items of clothing in size 18, but received half of the items in size 26. The error is that the cardboard label attached will say 18, but the label inside the garment will say 26. Why are they attaching the wrong paper labels to the clothes? It's frustrating as I've had to return two parcels now.

Wow amazing value items
Wow, went on the outlet and toy reductions. Didn't expect to receive everything as 90 percent off much of it. Even though they are much more expensive if ordered now, I received everything (bit slow on processing) I'm so pleased, I nearly have Xmas done. I've ordered some home stuff now, such amazing outlet prices and shop sale prices.

Received item described as Black, they are actually 3 shades of grey. Zero customer service. Online chat robot won't accepted my email address. Stuck with Sports directs Frasers group Rubbish. As you can see here on Trustpilot, they reply to nobody.
