Well at least for california I get notifications to do a delivery and when I click on it it tells me there's no match, from maybe 20 matches only one goes through, I did talked to customer service and they just told me we are aware of the problem and trying to fix it that was like 6 months ago, the problem still there.

I was super excited to start with this company and then I learned very quickly that the rates are super low 90% of the time and the locations are 30-45 mins out one way for sometimes a measly $19-30. I'll spend that in just gas getting back and forth from the job. Good concept but totally not worth it.

If you think you can actually accept a job good luck it’s almost as if the bots just snatch everything as soon as they post have to actually drive for FRAYT

no business, seems you accept too many drivers, limit your drivers for Atlanta...otherwise you look fraud like

Great correspondence easy to navigate websites

It is nearly impossible to get any jobs on frayt. It's $35 to get the background check which isn't so bad if there is work but the jobs are booked before the u can even see them.

Useless app, everything I get is either another state or so far from me is not even funny. If I could give 0 stars I would.

You take 20 to 25% of the ticket! I deliver tile and you don't pay over 4000.lbs of unload fee many tickets over 7000 lbs

When orders show up on my phone in notifications and I click the notification the order is no longer available

I’m currently not receiving jobs,and when I went to the location the complete would advise someone else pick up the load. I’m not being compensated for traveling to locations

Never able to get loads. Notifications doesn't show anything and when turning the app on it is constantly running in the background. Only way to shut it off of is go to settings to force stop.

Low pay, not many runs.

Too many drivers. Not enough work in 2023. Platform was better during pandemic but never really had a ton of available work. Now it's not worth the time or energy needed in watching the platform for when something "may" appear, because chances of actually securing the gig is almost impossible. The last experience I had really left a sour taste in my mouth, when I actually got a route for deliveries out of Lisle, IL and was then bumped off the route because the business placing the gig wanted to request a certain driver! Well then, hire that person as your employee or dedicated driver!

I can have my phone in my hand with the app open, a alert can come thur on a run, before I can hit accept it taken by another driver. I'm talking about less than a second. It's not just one time it's every time for months. I removed the app from my phone, it's useless.

it is very hard to get an assignment i have not been able to get any assignments since i signed up. The app notifies u that an assignment is avaliable but it does not show in the app which is very frustrating.
