Happy with the service

The two delivery staff arrived within the designated time window, they were efficient, polite, and had pleasant personalities. I would only suggest that Taskrabbit have its freelance staff wear shirts like the one on the website so they look more professional and attached to the organization.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication. Driver was early and was highly knowledgeable about securing a fragile mirror for safe transport. Whole transaction was fairly priced and a breeze to schedule. Dolly is my go-to FB Marketplace mover!

Disappointment

The crew was a little earlier than the agreed upon delivery window which surprised me since I wasn't home yet. They did wait about 10 minutes for me to get home. Product was delivered and installed; and the old mattresses removed. I was disappointed when I overheard the drivers say that they were taking the old mattresses to a "free" dump site in Philadelphia - now I have nightmares of my mattresses littering up some site, which is not what I would ever want to do. I paid for the removal and disposal and expected better.

Excellent and respectful delivery service!

I received my IKEA cabinets right on time. The delivery crew was very polite and handled everything with great care—they were super respectful of my new floors and carried all the boxes without using a dolly. They also cleaned up after themselves and made sure no packaging or extra boxes were left behind. Fantastic experience!
