I wanted to wait until I had used the bag several times before I reviewed it.

The bag arrived around 2-3 weeks after ordering it and when I queried this with customer service I was responded to promptly, with a reason for the delay but also it taking time due to the item being handmade.

The bag was extremely well packaged and protected.

The smell is gorgeous, the stitching is fabulous and the feel of the leather is rich.

It appears to be extremely hard wearing, a great size for all your needs. Plenty of internal compartments and the zippers open and close with ease.

The straps are nicely padded which helps when carrying heavier items and feels comfortable on the back.

For me it is quality and well worth the money as I can see it lasting for a long long time getting even better with age!

Bought this for a granddaughter who has just become a G.P, in memory of my husband , who was a Neurologist. We think it is beautiful and very useful.

The leather item was impressive, albeit a bit pricey. Unfortunately, the stitching came apart in less than two weeks. While I received a refund without any hassle, I did feel that the cost of return shipping should have been covered due to the defect.

Well worth the wait for an excellent useful mans bag.
