Gutted I spent £200 £140 was on one bag that's was a birthday present for my partner , I open it up and it's covered it pen stains, black grease and another white patchy substance ,with what looks like mold stains on the hardware currently waiting for customer service to answer so that I can get a refund for this bag that belongs in the bin! Gutted 😞

Bought this messenger bag as a birthday present, yet to be given. The bag came extremely well packed and looks fantastic. Good design and delivery, love the style of the handbag but feel it is thin and not as good a quality - everything now seems to be made so cheaply. Otherwise love the design, size (I needed a larger bag) and of course kitty ornaments. I worry the handles will not stay on ling due to the way they are just connected on the loop by material folded over and pressed together with a small brad.
