Had Jack and Kyle Attend today on behalf of Lila connect internet, to install my fibre broadband. Both lads were very professional, courteous and polite. Got the fibre installed exactly where I asked for it, and made light work of burying the cable and installing the wires neatly. Great pair of lads, and definitely deserve recognition for their hard work and skill! Both are great representatives for Freedom Fibre. Cheers chaps 👍🏻

Our experience has been a disaster! Constant issues and outages lasting weeks at a time. Recently our cable was snapped while an engineer was cramming more and more customers' cables through the UG network, and rather than fixing it, we are now on day 14 of no internet.

If you rely on your broadband for work, do not consider Freedom Fibre or any provider on their network. They genuinely don't care. Looking at the reviews, it's clear there's a pattern of leaving customers with no broadband connection.

I cannot recommend them at all. It's all rosy until there's even the slightest issue, then you are left out in the cold, desperately trying to get a response while they ignore you. Meanwhile, your ISP blames Freedom Fibre and says it's out of their control, still taking our money though!!

Very happy indeed with the installation work carried out by Harry this morning. He ticked a lot of boxes: prompt, friendly, informative, safe, thorough and tidy. Harry also showed some real initiative in suggesting a new path for the cable installation which optimised the entry point and router's location within the property. I was very pleased indeed with this fresh thinking.
If Harry is typical I would recommend Freedom Fibre engineering and installation without question.

An engineer from freedom fibre came today in the heat he was very professional and the work was very neat in comparison to other providers with wavy wires and cockeyed boxes , Harry was friendly and I'm happy with the work he's done today, they made sure is up and running before they left , bringing the equipment with them so no need to wait in to receive router , I would recommend this company

The actual internet service is outstanding. Customer service is an entirely different story. In January I thought I signed up for autopay but had input a wrong number. I received no communication the bill had not been paid in 3 months. After sending multiple emails, they finally got around to answering, it was short and uninformative. I paid the late bills and fees. I thought autopay would stop a physical bill from being mailed. I looked at the app but did not see how to request paperless. I sent a couple of messages to custom service but like the billing situation, nobody bothered to respond. I absolutely love the actual service but if you're looking for help with billing, you're pretty much on your own.

I had an account with freedom fibre Talk Talk. On Friday 29th June freedom fibre closed my account but continued to take payment. It took Talk talk another 3 days to shut the account! After spending several hours daily holding on the line, speaking with 9 different people, waiting for call backs, nothing was resolved. No one knows why my broadband account was closed but clearly there is a glitch in their system. After 10 days I moved to a new provider.

Changed to freedom fibre today after being with Vodafone for a number of years ,but became very disappointed with the service and increases in monthly payments ,the two young men who came out , Harry R ,and Kyle were delightful extremely polite and professional , cleaned up any mess , although there was very little , would highly recommend, thank you boys job well done

Alex and Curtis have been today to install my new broadband, fantastic service, i was worried when I realised they had to lay cable under my drive but they were so careful with the bricks you would never know its ever been taken up fab!!

Alex & Kyle were friendly, professional, clean and swift at their work. Communication was great. They very kindly accommodated my request for an earlier time slot if possible. Totally recommend. Both a credit to the company.

Excellent install by Mark and Harry. Extensive work carried out quickly with very little disturbance. Neat install that works very well.

The person who came out to this job, Mark, was excellent. He checked and changed the router and checked that everything was working fine before he left. He was friendly, polite, and actually knew what he was talking about.

Made sure internet was up and running before he left. Very polite to myself and chatted to my grandson while waiting to do final checks. Would recommend 100%

Thank you to Mark Cowley. The engineer that carried out work at my property. I had a special request to route fibre optic cable to the upstairs room at the rear of my property. It would have been much easier to route to downstairs at front of property as this is where the pole was situation, however Mark understood my request and went above and beyond in meeting my request. The work was done to an excellent standard, he was professional and efficient and shown respect for my home. I couldn't ask for better service from an engineer. The guy deserves a raise from whatever he's earning and is a credit to freedom fibre.

Fibre to the house all hooked up today ready for use when the router arrives. These 2 engineers ( Harry M and Jake ) arrived today and carried out a fast and very professional job. Explained everything that was taking place as the job progressed and what needs to happen when our router arrived. No mess, very respectful and have done a very neat job indeed. Can highly recommend these 2 guys as well the company. Thanks very much both.

All good with fibre install. Communication prior to day of was good. On the day, Harry (m) turned up promptly, worked cleanly, was respectful and communicative. No issues encountered so wrapped up within a good timeframe that left me free to enjoy my day

Mark has come to my house today to prepare for my broadband switch. He was able to explain what would be happening in layman terms, he surveyed well - giving timescales for today's work and was really friendly. A really nice guy.
