Since Bentley took this account over from the prior Greek provider the service has been excellent. But the tech is rather outdated so we've cancelled our contract.

We're now paying €4 / month more but getting 10 times the speed and unlimited bandwidth with a local 5G router. I suspect the places where old school satellite internet is still technically relevant are shrinking. But if that's all that's available to you, then Bentley are a good quality provider.

Wonderful service throughout the process. Was dreading the change to a new provider but this was a smooth and stressless experience. Thank you Lauren for being so supportive. So reassuring to have local support on hand if I should ever need it but so far so good.

From start to finish a great experience having fibre installed. The guys from CityFibre who laid the fibre went the route I wanted rather that the easiest which took them more time and was much appreciated. All the contact with Bentleys was seamless and the fibre is working well. Speeds as advertised. Would highly recommend.

We were moved to Bentley Telecom when our previous provider ceased trading. From the outset Bentley's team were straight on it and ensured the switch over was painless. They have been very helpful throughout, with monthly invoices on schedule and no interruption to service throughout our contract. We would recommend their services.

The satellite service from Bentley has been great.

I lived remotely, half way up a mountain in rural Spain with no telephone signal.
The satellite was powered by my solar set-up or on occasions by generator and gave me contact with the outside world with WhatsApp and internet.
Their service and support has been very good especially when setting up remotely with clear instructions on how to establish connection.

The satellite internet works. We used it for the last 12 years until we finally got a broadband connection.
Only the slow ping times matters. But you can't change this on geostationary orbit satellite.
Despite this, they offer good prices and a really fast and reliable customer service.

I was satisfied with the service from Bentley Telecom but I did have a small issue with the satellite dish itself, my problem not Bentleys. However I chose to change over to starlink and my problem was solved and it is cheaper. I would recommend Bentley Telecom to anyone though, customer service were very helpful and easy to contact.

Customer service was excellent when I was experiencing a technical issue. Prior to Bentley taking over I was never able to contact anyone, which was very frustrating.

Our cricket club has received satellite WiFi from Bentley Telecom and its predecessor for many years. The system worked very well, any technical issues were dealt with promptly, and we were very happy with the service we received.
