One of my favourite shops
Wonderful variety of everything we like as a family, ethical brands and a diverse range of clothing, toys and products.

The items I ordered arrived on time and securely packaged. Everything was as described. They even included some colouring in for my granddaughter to enjoy. A very positive experience.

Very speedy delivery with eco-friendly packaging. It was so refreshing and welcome to be able to purchase second-hand/used (but not in used condition) card(s) for my Granddaughter’s Yoto.

Great customer service
The customer service is excellent. Any requests I had were fulfilled immediately. When I wanted to add to my delivery they dug through the post bags to find my parcel and add to it so I didn't have to pay twice. Any questions I had were also immediately answered. Great service. Would highly recommend
As a slight warning to Irish customers, my delivery took 2 weeks and I had to pay customs on it which is NOT the fault of LGG, just be aware.

Extremely late delivery and not honest on shipping date
Although promised on the website delivery in 2 days no package was send. After chasing them i only received an answer after multiple reminders. Also they mentioned that package was already send while it was only picked up by carrier 4 days later. Conclusion i am 2 weeks after ordening and still have not received my order!

Hi, I'm terribly sorry for any disappointment but we do not claim to offer delivery within 2 days. We aim to dispatch most orders within 48 hours (and then delivery time is on top of this) but that is not guaranteed and many factors can influence that such as the recent postal strikes. I believe you are in Ireland which is technically an international service and that takes much longer.

3 Yoto cards are missing but CS quickly fixed the issue and instantly mailed those missing to my nephew.

Amazing!
Amazing, tip top shopping experience. Cheerfully accepted a return when the color of the bag didn’t suit me, and then a few weeks later, upgraded shipping on another bag for free to get it to me in time for upcoming travel. Will be ordering from LGG again. Also, love the name!

Poor communication
They cancelled my order without any explanation or communication. I have found on multiple occasions now that my queries have been ignored or gone unresolved. Selective customer service seems to be the norm.
*Update - after a poor review, I was contacted and the shop sent an apology. It does not negate the original service, but it has improved.
