After spending over 100 euros, I got hit with a 30 euro custom charge on top which is ridiculous!

The fact these are not factored into the price or shipping cost is a joke, contacting customer service and they couldn’t be less helpful and basically saying it’s not their issue.

Don’t purchase if you live in ireland!

Great Patagonia jacket at a good price, it was easy to order, arrived on time, nicely packaged in a postage bag, not in a big half empty box.

Fantastic place to buy from and amazing customer service. I contacted them because I was worried my item would not arrive in time due to the postal strikes so the upgraded my order it to first class free of charge to ensure it arrived on time . Great service will definitely buy from again.

Cancelled my whole order as all items were out of stock!
Clearly don’t have very good stock control and don’t keep their website up to date.
Didn’t contact me to explain, just received an e-mail advising me that my order had been cancelled.
Shouldn’t have been able to order the items in the first place.
Very poor service and very unprofessional.

Really poor customer service. I ordered some items and used a discount code advertised on Facebook. A few hours later I get an email from Paris saying that it was advertised I couldn’t use the code and did I want to pay the extra. I asked how to pay, and expressed my disappointment. I went back and looked and the Facebook post had been edited a few minutes before I got my confirmation email (I would have been checking out or checked out I imagine) so I highlighted this and again asked how to pay the extra. Then she sent an email cancelling my order and pulling the ‘I’m a single mum spinning so many plates’ card. Well, from a single mum of 3, it doesn’t wash. She was so rude and I will shop elsewhere in the future. The code not being usable, don’t let it be usable. But cancelling my order after I correctly called her out - unacceptable.

Arrived on time, amazing quality

I ordered something quite complex from Little Goat Gruff and understood that there were supply problems. They kept me in the loop throughout and delivered my purchase in very good time and in good condition.

I placed an order which I didn’t realise was a pre order (my fault) I emailed customer service who responded straight away and were able to chase up my order and even upgraded my postage so I had it in time for my daughters birthday. Thank you so much! I would add that using the chat option on the site was a little confusing so if I’m doubt email them.

I should have dropped a star because the delivery took a long time, but i realise its the royal mail strike, so not really your fault... Just remember to choose another method of delivery and you should be ok. The coat was gorgeous as expected, my son didn't stop wearing it since!

Lovely products. Delivered in a timely fashion
