Found this service through necessity and have been very pleasantly surprised. Have a client who is reliant on a wheelchair but has been refused by many other taxi services. This company has given her freedom as they say. Safe, reliable inclusive and so friendly that I will be recommending them to all who need accessible transport

See ‘appalling service’ review. That wheelchair bound 93 year old lady was my sister. I expect to hear from the management as to how, why and what they propose. ( The word ‘sorry’ will not come close in this debacle)

Absolutely appalling service. Despite clear arrangements, booked in advance and confirmed again on the day, for the driver to wait to collect her after her husband's funeral, my 93 year old wheelchair bound mother in law was left waiting at the crematorium for two hours and twenty minutes before she was collected to be taken back to her care home. Utterly callous behaviour on the part of the driver who disappeared, to take advantage of other fares. A day of mourning treated with utter disrespect. Avoid. In response to your answer to my review:
The driver did not contact the home, he merely said to the carer accompanying my mother in law that he would return at 4pm. The carer had no knowledge of the arrangements we had made and only told us this after the funeral service. The person on the phone from Freedom Taxis herself said that the booking requirements for the taxi to wait being altered should have been notified to her and it wasn't, so the excuse of a broken down vehicle makes little sense. He didn't return at 4pm ( which would have made a wait of an hour and twenty minutes) he added another hour and came back at almost 5pm, when the crematorium was about to close.

I just wanted to say how brilliant the driver was with my elderly relative who had to travel out of the county to another hospital. They knew exactly how to help her into the van really without me asking. She cannot really walk and cannot see or hear well. She said they checked she was ok throughout the journey and stopped if she needed it. She felt safe and looked after. I will always use Freedom now and will be booking airport transfers for us next year too.
