My mod always tastes burnt and heats up way too hot even after I changed the tank. I don’t want to return it because it took way too long to get get here to begin with.

This new mod kit is pretty good! Love the lights and the mod! I'm a fan of rgb and the fact that you can turn the brightness up or down, change colors, or even turn the lights off is great! The coils give amazing flavor no shock there, although the coils are hit or miss with the atomizer short issue.

Customer service is amazing I ordered the new Marvos X and yes it did take a little bit to get to me but that was because I ordered it before it was out I think. When I received the order there was a mouse pad which was pretty cool. Definitely will order it again

Ordered on 7/4…. Marked as having shipped on 7/11, sat as label created until 7/20, finally delivered on 7/25. When I opened the first box the first 3 of the 5 of the coils were dead, as in they wouldn’t even work in the tank. I haven’t checked the 5th in that box, or checked the second box I ordered….. this is embarrassingly bad shipping speed, and quality control. I like your tanks, but if this is the direction your quality is going, I’m going to be shopping for a new tank.

I've never had issues with Freemax. I have used Freemax products almost exclusively for several years now. I am a little disappointed with the new Marvos but it still won't deter me from continuing to use Freemax products

I received the best customer support I have ever had. I had an issue with a tank that was not available anymore but they suggested the mpro 2 tank. They kept me aware of every step of the way. As soon as it was available they sent a link to track my order.
Oh at one point they asked for my order number and before I could reply they emailed me back and found it and the color I chose. It comes from overseas so it takes a little longer to get through customs. It is delivered by FedEx.
I love this company.

I was nervous about buying vape products online in general. There are so many sites, and you never know which ones are legitimate. I was much more at ease buying from the official Freemax website. The price was very decent, the shipping was a bit high, but I expected that, as it ships from China, and it being a vape product, and customs…etc. My new vape tank made it to my home just 12 days after I ordered. It was delivered without any issues and without needing a signature (which was surprising, but awesome!). I will for sure buy from freemaxvape.com if I need more products in the future. I got the M Pro 2 tank, which is the upgraded version of the Mesh Pro (the best tank I’ve ever used), the newer version makes the slide top a little bit more difficult to slide open, which is perfect, as that was my literal ONLY issue with the Mesh Pro. So happy with the the product and the whole ordering/shipping process. ☺️

Great product, quick shipping!

Paid over $46 for shipping. Didn’t realize product was shipping from China, would have never purchased. Was to arrive in no more than 15 days it took over 30 days. Will never purchase from your site again.

I am so impressed with the customer service offered by Freemax. I wanted to know if they delivered to the United States of America and didn't really expect a reply but I did. They responded within hours. I then had other questions about one of their products. Again I received my answers. After purchasing the mpro tank I inquired about shipping time. Before I could find my order number they had already found it. Then they sent me my tracking number as soon as they had it.

This is my 1st experience with ordering from the Freemax Vape Store. Website easy to navigate, order processed and shipped quickly. I most likely will be ordering again from the Freemax Vape Store.
