FreeShipping is a dishonest company

FreeShipping is a dishonest company. They cancelled my account and continue to say that I cancelled which I did not. They could not tell me who on their end effected the cancellation or how they think it was me. My inquiry was referred to upper management and I was told I was to receive a communication from them within 72 hours from 3/24/26 which has passed and I have heard nothing. I think they cancelled my account because they have raised their subscription price to $20/month whereas my subscription renewal was for $95.88. Why they do not behave in an honest businesslike fashion and just communicate with me in advance of renewal that their rates are changing is beyond me. Their giving me answers which are untruthful and which they cannot or will not corroborate is unconscionable. They are a disgusting dishonest company.

I love getting reimbursed...

I love getting reimbursed for most of my shipping costs. I do not get to the stores very often. Ordering online is how I do most of my shopping. However, shipping costs deter me from ordering at some online stores. This helps me so much. Plus the cash back is a huge help to me. Thank you for this service.

This site is a great way to save money…

This site is a great way to save money and I have used it now for a number of years. You can get far more than shipping rebates, because many stores like Home Depot, Macy’s, Nordstrom and more offer 10% cash back on purchases on top of any shipping charges one might incur. On top of that, you can also get those annoying delivery fees back from companies like Door Dash and Uber Eats.
In order for this program to be most effective, you do have to submit copies of receipts for purchases that had shipping on them within 30 days of purchase which means you will have to put some effort in to maximize your benefits.
The fee might seem high, but if you learn to use the site well you should come out ahead like ai did last month when I received my rebate check which was over $145.
Free shipping.com is a legitimate company regardless what some naysayers have posted about the company. Give them a try and hopefully you will like them as much as I do.

At the end of March 2026 9 of my cash…

At the end of March 2026 9 of my cash back orders never posted to my account. On March 29 I emailed all 9 to FS Customer Service. I rec’d the standard reply email that they had received the emails and it would take 2-8 weeks for a reply. To date, none of the orders sent have been credited to my account for March 2026.

10% Cash Back not automatic - you need to keep track and follow up

The one irritating thing is you don't get the 10% cash back automatically. So you have to keep track of your purchases, and make a claim when you're not paid the 10% cash back. Then they don't always give you the 10% cash back even after sending proof of your oder. Instead you might get an answer: If the retailer is not able to locate a reason on why the purchase was not added then you will see the cashback for that purchase added to your savings center in the next 2-8 weeks. Then you have to keep track again, and follow up in 8 weeks!!!

I receive at least $75 back every month.

I use Freeshipping.com on every purchase possible, receiving money each month into my PayPal account, which I then either transfer to my checking account or leave in PayPal for use.
I've read comments that Freeshipping.com is a scam, too good to be true, etc. But I've been a member since its inception, and have never had a problem nor an issue with trust regarding the company. I've received every dime expected.
It does require you to pay attention and send in your shipping fees confirmations, and make sure you're on the Freeshipping.com website while making your purchase in the desired store (which sometimes in a rush I've forgotten to do...my fault).
But, that 10% at Walmart and other places especially at Christmas adds up, especially if you are disabled like myself and unable to go into all the stores you like, like Old Navy. From books to groceries to drugstores I order and use curbside pickup or UPS/USPS.
I highly recommend!
