I was not able to successfully reach a streaming service, despte multiple tries (Plant VPN Premium service). I opted for another VPN and was successful with that.
I have reached out to the support email address to initiate the refund process, but I get not reply. 26 days ago I wrote, with a follow-up 7 days later. Nothing. I'm rather disappointed.

Edit - Planet VPN have responded to my 3rd email, and instantly implemented a full refund. So fair play for that. 1* Rating and review title changed as a result.

Tras el pago e intentar conectarme, me encuentro con la desagradable sorpresa de que es imposible. Escribo para pedirles una solución y no contestan Pido reembolso y no contestan. ES UNA ESTAFA.

I can't call this VPN a wothly solution right now
At the moment, I cannot call this VPN a worthy solution. As before, and even now, the free version only provides automatic location assignment, but while previously websites at least opened correctly, now in about 90% of cases my real geolocation is detected or the pages do not load at all. I also couldn't fully evaluate the mobile version for the same reason.
At the same time, the paid subscription offers many locations, but after such an experience with the free version, I don't have confidence that premium access will work noticeably better. I would like the developers to add at least several locations for manual selection in the free versions so that it would be possible to properly test the service before purchasing.

In the premium version, you can manually choose from 60+ countries, which gives you more control and usually provides a more stable and consistent experience.

- hijacked my browser, replace default search engine (chrome) with yahoo
- changing chrome settings to advertise themselves
- randomly closed my chrome windows, I lost a lot of work this way
Worst vpn. NO wonder they got 2.6 stars
Edit - i downloaded this VPN from Microsoft store. There was no such installation process as they mentioned in the reply. The app launched directly

We’d like to clarify that during installation there is an optional step to install an additional component (Planet Search), which can modify browser settings. It’s possible this option was selected accidentally during setup, which may have led to the changes you described.
To resolve the issue, please try the following:
* Open Task Manager and go to the "Startup" tab (Autostart)
* Look for a process called "plupdater" and disable it
* Then check the "Processes" tab and end it if it’s currently running
* After that, go to your browser settings and manually switch your default browser and search engine back to your preferred option (for example, Chrome and Google)
This should stop the unwanted behavior and restore your normal settings.

Useless service from customer service and my vpn was blacklisted after afew days!
Useless service from customer service. Emailed them 2 weeks ago as my planet VPN has been blacklisted and I cant use it after paying for the premium subscription. It was ok for the first two days and now it isnt working and customer service has not responded to my emails!
