i see some of the 3-4 star reviews but i give mr. david facenda 10 stars. he has been taking care of my shipping needs for over a year. i dont even quote other companies anymore. hes prompt, polite and rocks the quotes. i probably dont say it enough but i appreciate you mr. david

First time shipping large items and didn't realize they have to be palletized before it could be shipped as freight. Abraham is amazing. He spoke to the warehouse manager to understand what was getting shipped i.e (glass vs plexiglass). He obtained multiple quotes to get me an affordable shipping option and he moved with urgency knowing the item must be removed by a deadline.

Highly recommend Abraham as your account manager.

Appreciated how helpful and quick they were to jump on in and get my shipment booked after I did a short online quote.

We work with many shipping companies, but this is the worst company we ever have dealt with!! They give you an offer and then they will change the Invoice to a higher amount!! We had to pay $88.93 more because we did not write on the paper how much the offer was!! $88.93, for not putting the amount in?? We never did this before!! Never again I will use this company again!! I suggest do stay away from them, there are much better companies out there.

Been working with FreightCenter for over 5 years. Only do periodic shipping but they have always been able to provide good service at a discount to our company rates. Sergio Arenas is always available to help, even on his day off during our last high value dedicated truck shipment. Went smoothly without a hitch.

I paid $1200 to have two small pieces of furniture moved across country. I was told they would be packed on a pallet and protected. One of the pieces arrived extremely damaged, pretty much beyond repair. Freight Center has not returned my emails for four months and did not provide the service I paid for.

I highly recommend this company! They are professional and their communication was timely and helpful. Abraham Akiny was incredibly persistent in finding a shipper that was able to provide the service I needed!

I had three pallets of freight, all well organized, shrink wrapped and banded.
All three pallets had been dropped, and one, containing metal file cabinets, had obviously had extremely heavy objects dropped on top of it, causing dents so deep in the top that it is now impossible to open. The contents will now have to be removed by using a grinder to cut the tops of the file cabinets off. One item was also missing from that pallet.
There was a report of transit damage to an intermediate freight center, but I was not informed until I called and asked. I never saw the report.
The response from ABF, after my sending damning photo documentation, was a query about the estimated weight of the damaged objects.
I received a check for $20.00.

These people are garbage. Period. I was on the phone for hours helping them to do their job calling back and forth with the shipping company to figure out payment and such. After they arrived two weeks late without any communication on when they would show up I received an additional charge for twice the amount of money because they added 800 lbs to my package. This company is a scam stay away

0/2 on-time shipments due to "processing review"

I fully understand that freightcenter.com is a third party booking agency. The one job that they have is to receive and process orders.

Unfortunately, it seems that they are not good at that. We've tried using freightcenter twice. Both times our orders get stuck "processing review" and they miss the requested pickup date, not because of the carrier but because they haven't even SENT it to the carrier by our requested pickup date.

Furthermore, once called about it the "agent" we're assigned usually is not available, and then once they are available they call back 3-4 times to confirm the information we put in, again and again and again. Despite it being the same pickup locations we've used for both orders, so they know the information is correct.

Unfortunately it just seems these folks are not on the ball. I thought this experience might just be a fluke with the first shipment, so decided to give them a try on the second shipment.. seems like this is par for the course for them. AVOID!

They did not pick up on time. They need to be constantly reminded to pick a consignment. they are not for consignments that needs to be picked up on time. Tney can be perhaps trusted for those delayed shipments that do not have any time constraints. They are for lazy bums

Helped out my team tremendously. Answered all of our questions in a timely manner and had great customer service skills. Freight center is lucky to have Denys.

DO NOT use this company for shipping. We were quoted and agreed to a shipment 10 days in advance. I was told only after I accepted the agreed upon quote, and was charged, that my shipment would possibly be picked up on a different date. I asked the customer service specialist to give me a quote for a service that would happen on the given date, and the service representative instead told me that they spoke with the dispatch, and that they would pick up on the given date. The shipment was NOT picked up on the date set, nor the day after, or the day after. After back and forth with the customer service team, I finally had to cancel the shipment because the company could not deliver my shipment in time. On top of this, they tell me they cannot issue a refund, but a credit on the account. AS IF I would ever entrust them with a shipment again. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
