Fantastic service and product
This is my second time buying down feel pillows from French Bedroom and both times I’ve been blow away by the exceptional speed at which they arrived, alongside the fantastic customer service I’ve received when I had a question. It’s rare these days to find a company with kind, compassionate humans to deal with. I can’t wait to return and buy the bed I’ve had my eye on!

Could not fault our experience
Could not fault our experience, great product quality and even better customer service. We ordered on the Thursday and our new bed and units were delivered on the Monday. We even received a lovely call from the company on Friday thanking us for the order and confirming delivery had been booked.
Delivery company communication was good with updates on delivery time.
Cannot fault and would definitely buy from them again. The furniture quality is also amazing.

Have used French Bedroom company a few times with no issue. I recently completed a survey by them where they offered a free gift. Was disappointed this was sent but they had not paid enough postage so I had to pay this. Not sure how you could not calculatr correct postage for a small light item. Whereas I have had this refunded it was not worth the time and effort.
Yes you refunded the amount I paid. But I don't think just covering the cost of the amount I paid reflects the inconvenience and the fact that when somebody hasn't ordered a product from you they should not be liable to picking up postage and been inconvenienced for your error.

Regarding the postage issue with your free gift, as soon as this was raised, our team refunded the full amount of £1.50 immediately and apologised for the inconvenience and disappointment. We always aim to resolve any concerns swiftly and ensure our customers are looked after.

Almost perfect.
Found the company to be very helpful. The bed we bought is excellent quality and it’s looks amazing. The only thing I found annoying is the central support legs are plain wood and don’t match the bed frame. Maybe some can’t see them but I can from the stairs and the landing. Maybe they’ll think again on future makes.

First time buyer- impressed
I don’t usually do reviews but I think they’re helpful to people who might be apprehensive about buying from a brand they’ve not heard of before. I’d not heard of this brand so was worried what the quality would be like but I really liked the colours on the bed set so gave it a go. It arrived really quick in compostable packaging which i liked. The bedding itself is a beautiful rich colour and feels really nice. The finish itself is a good high quality. I would feel confident making a future purchase.

Poor customer service and wrongly advertised products
I emailed asking about a colour of candle I was reassured it was pure white , it arrived in a box which was hard to get candle out if , it was cream not white at all certainly not pure !! I messaged asking if I could keep candle at a discount sink could paint white myself as I loved the candle , point blank refused , I was told to return and pack as best I could , I just received refund minus the postage due to box being damaged , i was mis sold candle as wrong colour !! Will not buy from here again

When you contacted us, we offered a complimentary return so the item could be assessed, and once received, your refund was processed promptly. While our standard policy is to deduct the original delivery charge, this was also refunded to you in full following your further contact.

Superb quality
Received delivery of a Love Story Cocoon bed in Mole velvet super king size today. Far exceeds every expectation! While the photos of the bed on the website are beautiful, what arrived is a truly stunning piece of furniture. Highly recommend ordering fabric and wood samples prior to purchase as the velvet swatches were very helpful in choosing the right colour for our room. The velvet on the headboard is exactly what the swatch indicated. I cannot understate how solid the frame is. The mattress support slats are incredibly solid and thick, not flimsy and thin like every other bed I’ve owned. We chose the white glove delivery and it was flawless. Even the delivery men were very complimentary about the quality of their experience with beds they have set up from The French Bedroom. They stated they are by far the highest quality they have worked with. There are also so many personal touches. The swatches came in a handwritten envelope, a phone call to check delivery arrangements were acceptable and offer to choose alternatives dates and even hold the order for a significant period of time so decorating etc can be finished prior to bed arrival and a beautiful toile pouch held the assembly components. I know it’s daunting ordering from an online retailer and not having seen and touched a product in a showroom but rest assured…they are what they appear, gorgeous and high quality and a dream to order from. I know where I will be searching when the time comes for another bed purchase!!!
