I noticed their rose cream while hydrating gave me acne. They said they’d refund me, they emailed me a return label. A couple of weeks after i sent it back to them they ask me for the sku numbers at the bottom of the creams and a picture of the packing slip that apparently needed to go in the box. I let them know that it’s a bit late to be requesting that. A couple of days later they did refund me

Hi if I could give a 0 I would. Let me start with tje customer service rep.. I can tell you hands down O would NOT EMPLOY HER. She is rude with her one word answers as if she is laughing in your face. Now to tje major problem I bought product during BLACK FRIDAY against my better judgement as companies like to get rid of their old stock but I took a chance. When my product arrived I CHECKED THE BATCH CODE STAMPED ON THE BOX. I would have to use it right away or it would expire. I decided to call them they were not happy they said I could return it at my OWN EXPENSE. They have had thr product since November and everytime I call THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAYS WE CAN NOT PROMISE WHAT YEAR YOU WILL BE SHIPPED OUT. I asked when will I get my product? SHE REPLIED "I DON'T KNOW I WILL PASS IT ON TO THE TEAM:. I followed up with several emails and no response . I called again I got her and she said the sane thing I don't know. I said I WANT A MANAGER AND LET THEM KNOW I AN GOING TO SOCIAL MEDIA. I left a Google review . I just called again I got the same rep we will let you know when we are shipping out because of the busy Christmas season. I PAID FOR MY ORDER IN NOVEMBER. I WANTED THE MANGER SHE SAID NO . WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSFER TO A MANAGER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF I DON'T GET MY PRODUCT I AM GOING TO THEIR LOCATION.

Get promotion information and I just bought a Destination Hydration Set, saying 25% off of gift set, at GBP46.5 on 14 Dec 2025. In five days, received email on 19 Dec 2025 about Winter Sales and it was reduced to GBP37.2. Now it is still before X'mas. I felt cheated. I will avoid buying from this website again.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered two body scrubs, both of which were cleanly opened (foil pulled back) and shoved into a box and shipped. The box and packing slip was covered with oil and the scrub itself dried out. I called customer service and asked for replacements. I sent them pictures of everything and the next day I got an email with a ups label that I now have to ship back. First, I don’t know why they would want it back — it’s damaged — so they can re sell it? And it will take 7-10 business days for a refund? I can’t get a replacement and take advantage of the sale they have if it takes that long. So I am supposed to pay another $110 for their products while I wait. They sent these items out intentionally — there is no way they didn’t notice it was leaking. They actually put the boxes in plastic which is a telltale sign they knew it was damaged. They are a horrible company and I will no longer use any of the products. Will also report them to the NY AG Consumer Fraud department. Their so-called healthy profile is a fraud.

Poorly packaged so conditioner bottle broke open in the box and made a holy mess. They said they would replace it but never did and ignored my messages to them. I haven't ordered from them since, and won't.
terrible customer service
I placed an order for three items: SUGAR STRAWBERRY EXF FACE WASH 125 ml, ROSE INSTANT HYD MIST 100 ml, ROSE DH SLEEPING MASK 70 ml on September 1, 2025. I immediately contacted customer service because the sleeping mask melted along the way and it didn't seem right to keep it because it arrived melted and halfway through the bottle. I contacted them and they asked for photos and I sent them everything they asked for and I sent them the product. Today is a week of business days since I returned the sleeping mask to them and they still haven't resolved anything. I just want a refund and I don't think I'd dare to order any of their products.

This company is the worst. Often they deliver fruits and vegetables that are spoiled. Today they didn't even deliver my order. No word from the company. They just failed to show up.

I will give a zero zero but that is no choice for it. Customer service is terrible beside the that be careful. Do not buy anything in this company. They take more money out of your credit card and if you want to return they make you spend more. Money is one of the worst companies ever. I ordered online a set of the lip care because it was cheaper down to get the individual next thing I know when I pass my credit card they charge me for the set as a individual items which cost more money. They did not want to own the mistake and just took my money. Don't you ever buy things from this company. Also they promote that. If you spend $50 or more they will send you a gift or a samples that never happened

Ordered on July 24, package was delayed due to sortation issues. Called on Aug 7 and apparently package was lost. A replacement was supposed to be initiated. I followed up today (Aug 13) and replacement has not been been processed! Poor customer service! Very frustrating!

I placed two orders on Fresh’s official UK website. After receiving the first parcel, I found a 20% discount code inside. But I had already placed the second order (just one minute later) using a 15% code.
I kindly asked for a refund of the 5% difference (£4.85), but they refused and kept saying I had already used a discount — completely ignoring the timing issue.
On top of that, I did not receive the bonus gifts I selected. They were substituted with two different 7ml samples, and I was not told in advance.
I even called their customer service, and the call was abruptly ended without resolving anything.
Their final response was, “this matter is now closed.” No apology, no compensation. Very disappointing treatment for a loyal customer.

Absolutely horrible customer resolution abilities! Ordered on a sale and somehow the package was disrupted and sent back to Fresh on the delivery date AFTER it reached my city. Fresh never communicated anything to me. I contacted them today and still no one knows why my items were sent back. Although UPS said it was disrupted on Fresh's end. They then went on to tell me that they can not send my items back but I could reorder (at a higher price point, because remember I ordered during a really good sale and was supposed to receive a free gift). Oh. And a refund could take 9 days. Very shady practices...

I have used Fresh products for over 15 years. I have mostly purchased the bar soaps from Sephora. Over the past several years, I've been ordering directly from the website, as it has been increasingly difficult to find the bar soaps in stores. I placed an order today for 3 bar soaps with one free. When I checked out, the free bar was not on the order at all. I called customer service within an hour of placing the order to try to have it added.
Their customer service is a complete embarrassment. The girl who answered the first level was pleasant enough but appeared to be like a child picking up the phone while the parent was busy. She put me on hold...for TWENTY minutes to get someone from the "warehouse" to revise my order. Just as I was getting ready to hang up and call it a day, another girl came online and asked me all the order details only to tell me I can't revise or cancel the order. Not good. Not good at all. I ended the call at that time.
This company was privately owned and was purchased by LVMH in 2000. I have steadily observed a sharp decline in the quality of the products. The soaps don't smell as strong, and they're swapping out substandard ingredients for cheaper ones while increasing prices. I have loved this line, but I think I will have to try to find a quality replacement if one exists.
Absolutely horrible customer service
Stay away from this company! Absolutely horrible customer service. I used to usually pick their watermelon lip balm from Sephora before they stoped stocking it. So I placed an order online in the night and used Apple Pay. As soon as I clicked pay, I realized that the shipping address was my previous one from 3 years ago in California. We are now in NC, so I immediately call their customer care to change the shipping address. They say they cannot change the address or cancel my order since it is already with the warehouse even when I emailed them immediately and called within 10 hours of placing the order. They said they cannot do anything since the order is at the warehouse and instead track it with ups and requests UPS to send it back to the sender. I ask for a surpervisor and she says the same thing that it is company policy that they cannot make any change to the order. So staying away from this company from now on! Not even sure why they have a customer service if their company policy is to not help the customer in any way. Stay away!
Customer service replying too late on purpose and bad ingredients
I agree with the negative reviews about product quality: note that this is not clean beauty! Especially at EU standards perspective.
I discovered the brand's lip balms on a storefront that sells clean, natural brands products (they only sell those lip balms), and I was put off when I saw the composition of other products from this brand, but it was too late. Some are quite good, even excellent, I based myself on that, partially my fault since I'm usually very attentive to INCI lists. But others are a disaster, with endocrine disruptors, silicones and polymers, and abundance of allergens, all present in products that are supposed to take care of your skin! To think that there are 400€ creams on their website. At least there are no parabens nor phenoxyethanol, which is at least something...
I also agree about customer service. After realizing the presence of BHT (a disgusting ingredient) in two products (difficult to see in the INCI lists and I wouldn't have doubt there was any given the INCI of other similar products), I decided to partially cancel my first and sole order a few minutes after placing it, it was during the day. No way to do it directly on the website, I couldn't access my order details without creating an ACCOUNT. Never saw this before (and I think that's straight up illegal in EU). So yeah, sole solution, using their contact form. Oh yeah I love companies that uses forms where you don't know if your message has been sent or not (I don't).
At 9:00 pm, they dispatched the package without replying to me, even though there was plenty of time to cancel part or all of the order before dispatching it.
Today, 5 days later, I received the order from France which was quite fast alright, and I was relieved it wasn't sent from the USA (customs and fees risk).
And then they finally decided to reply, saying “We see that you've received the order, so it's not possible to cancel it”, nah YOU THINK?
Of course they told that if I still want to cancel the order, I'll have to send it back. Yeah right, so the parcel gets lost and I'm out of product AND money. It really looks like they wait for it to be too late for doing what I asked for initially.
I suppose that if you've got a terrible skin reaction to their products they're the kind to reply "Sorry our product didn't suit you, hope you'll finf something else." or something.
Obviously, I won't buy anything from this company ever again. They should learn from Oh My Cream, RMS Beauty, and other commerces that have the basic respect to reply in a timely manner to their customers, not when it's too late on purpose.
I guess I wasted my money since there are products that'll go straight to the bin given their ingredients. Fortunately, most products were 30% off.

I wish I would have looked here before I made my purchase. I spent over $100 with this company. Their products are horrible. The toner made my skin burn and the other products made me break out. When I reached out to the company I was told I would have to go through a multiple step process for them to consider a return. I had my proof of purchase as well as the nearly full products. Their website did not state all you have to go through for a return. I didn’t have time to go through all they wanted just to CONSIDER giving me a refund. Extremely disappointing customer experience. Please be careful when ordering from here. In my opinion, skip these products. There are so many other products out there that will serve you better and probably at half the price!
terrible customer service
As part of my recent order, I selected the 15ml Soy Face Cleanser as my complimentary mini gift. However, I received the Rose Deep Hydration Balancing Emulsion instead, without any explanation. When I called your customer service team at 0207 563 7511 to seek clarification, I was informed that this was due to a lack of stock and a delay in reflecting stock status online.
I find this explanation unacceptable as it demonstrates a failure in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date website, which misleads your customers. Moreover, what aggravated the situation further was the unprofessional attitude of your customer service representative, who hung up on me while I was still speaking. This kind of dismissive behavior is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
