Sending promo emails that aren’t true and won’t abide by them
I’m not shocked to find that they are so poorly rated for customer service and for changing ingredients without notice.
Today I placed an another order and then a few hours later I got an email “30% off everything” with a short time left to claim… but on the website it was only the face masks. I emailed them and they just “barked back” about the freebies I WAS getting as if “well yeah we false advertised which is borderline lawbreaking but you got your freebies so shut up and stop complaining” that’s exactly how they made me feel and I also when I last had to email them it was the same pride and deflective nature … it seems like they are all trained to make your life hard. Don’t charge £80-350 for moisturisers if you’re going to give cheap customer service, I’m absolutely disgusted in their “service” they said the email sent out was “human error” … so then if that was the case - they should have sent another email apologising to their customers

I’ve spent hundreds of pounds and sent many friends to them whom in total have now spent thousands
I have pretty much EVERYTHING from their skincare lines, some perfume and some body products.., I go out of MY way to sing their praises and when they F up and don’t hold themselves accountable (I said to them could they not honour what they’ve put out because an apology isn’t cutting this as it’s bordering fishing and also very borderline illegal.., they must abide by their offers… if a waitress offered me a free glass of champagne and then it never came and I asked her kindly when it was coming - I would not take “sorry it was human error I cannot give you what I promised” … that’s just plain and simple. Not acceptable

After years of being a loyal customer…
After years of being a loyal customer and recommending their products to all my friends and family, I have just had a horrible experience with Fresh. They randomly changed the formula of their moisturizers, which I had been using for years. They made no announcement, there was no warning or anything of the sort written anywhere. The new formula causes a burning sensation (and not just for me; I've seen many reviews saying the same). On top of that, response from customer service is sporadic at best, and most unhelpful. They have no intention of making this right by refunding me, giving store credit, or anything. These moisturizers are expensive, and I bought three of them. Now I'm just missing that money and stuff with a product I can't use. I will never shop with them again, and I would advise that no one should risk it.
Badly reacted within 24 hours
I bought these products couple of weeks ago, after my facial, and having tried it for couple of days, I will be taking it back to their Marylebone High Street shop for a return and a full refund. I reacted very badly to eye products Crème Ancienne white truffle eye serum and or Crème Ancienne eye cream
Good products, but bad customer service
The moisturizer which i ordered is good, i like it. That is why i gave 3 stars.
Awful customer service, they couldn’t add me £10 discount of my first order, also i was supposed to receive a gift with my order which has never arrived.

I have never used this company
I have never used this company, and yet we received two bottles of rose petals facial stuff and charged us $64.! Actually it was in my HUSBANDS name and HIS credit card? My husband would never ever order facial stuff! Fresh said OK return it to us and we’ll refund your $64.
We also worried HOW my husbands CC got into the wrong hands and we cancelled the CC and asked for a new card from the CC company.
Now FRESH will not refund us the $64. because we cancelled the card & said our dispute is with the CC company!
We are STILL dealing with getting our refund!
Effective but overpriced...
I’ve used Fresh products and can attest to their quality. They do offer some really effective and pleasant-to-use items. However, I find their prices to be quite steep compared to other brands with similar quality.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I bought Celyn eye cream on a buy one get one free and after one use it became clear I was allergic. I have contacted them 4 times about a refund and they have ignored every communication. Steer clear!!
I had someone else's parcel delivered…
I had someone else's parcel delivered to me and instead of sorting it out in a nice way I was just sent a DPD driver which turned up without any notification from Fresh no replacement order was offered etc - disgusting service - everyone should avoid as you should not be treated this was after spending so much money on their products.
After leaving review on their website it got cancelled and never published.
Dishonest and Disgraceful at best
Dishonest and Disgraceful, the absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Waited a month after numerous emails asking for assistance after they sent me three different packages all with the wrong name and wrong address with generic nonsense response that they were sorry and would look into it. 30 days later received a refund with a lie of they are sorry but the courier lost the package. If that was true they’d have insurance or be reimbursed. Only reason they didn’t give me the lie of items being out of stock is that they currently have them for sale.
Disgusting company, may they be granted the prosperity they deserve
Disappointing Customer Service Experience
Upon discovering that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, I was informed through an email, and without any consideration for my preference, the remaining items were shipped, excluding the Gift With Purchase (GWP) that initially attracted me to the purchase. I promptly requested a cancellation of the entire order, emphasizing my desire to repurchase after resolving the stock issue and ensuring fairness.
To my dismay, the order was shipped against my explicit request, citing it as a policy. This not only contradicts my intention to refund but also highlights a lack of customer-centricity on their end. The subsequent return process added to my frustration, with Customer Service responding only at the end of their operating hours, limiting communication to one correspondence per day.
I attempted to reach out through alternative channels like WhatsApp, but encountered silence. This extended delay in response raises concerns about the sincerity and efficiency of fresh.con customer service.
Worst online experience
I made an order 1 months ago, and i received it but 1 item was missing. (60$) I tried to contact the customer service by email and by Instagram.
But I had an horrible expérience, the worst customer service ever !!! I’m still waiting for a refund. But no response.
Don’t order on this web site. So bad because i used to love these products but this online experience convince me to never buy again from Fresh.
I love fresh
I love fresh! I always order the soy cleanser and the rose face cream. I use the cleanser morning and evening and it takes off my makeup with just one use! The rose cream I use as a night moisturiser because it is so thick and creamy. Deliveries always arrive on time and I love the freebies! Will always continue to use
My product never arrived
My product never arrived. I have been waiting for 5 weeks already. I emailed customer service several times without getting any reply. I will never order with this company again and can only warn others not to lose their time and money by trusting this company.

No customer service and total scam!
Be careful and don’t order with this company because there’s no customer service. I called multiple times trying to contract to return an already opened item but no one ever picks up. I emailed them twice and no one ever replied. Save yourself the trouble and pick another skincare line to use. Worst company!
Fabulous!
I order from Fresh every year at Christmas time to take advantage or their fantastic free gift offers (which are amazing). My orders have always come perfectly packed and within no more than 3 days from ordering which is unheard of during the busiest shopping season of the year! I love their products and the Lotus range is so good! (UK customer)
Bait & Switch + No Customer Service
Placed an order during the cyber week but the advertised discount was not applied to my order. The lower price was shown until after I checked out and then the confirmation page showed a higher amount was charged to my card. I've never encountered a situation like this. Contacted customer service twice with no response. Had to submit a dispute with my credit card transaction.

If I can rate this brand 0 stars I would!! Their customer service is impossible to reach. I have been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks and no answer!!
