After being recommend to Fresh Couture by my granddaughter I have now become Cool Nan and praised for my choice of presents for my Grandsons and Greatgrandsons . The whole experience is great easy to order , quick on time delivery even when sending to another shipping address . Mostly impressed with Quality of goods and Excellant Customer service my priority. I will always support when i can new Business that listen to customers. I cannot afford top prices but here whatever i choose is top quality and much appreciated.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, needed an exchange and forgot to put the paperwork in with the items, and was able to email it over and exchange was done.
Amazing delivery times and items are top quality. Will definitely be purchasing from Fresh Couture again!!!

Great customer relations
I ordered a tracksuit set, but it didn’t fit. I contacted the customer service team to arrange a return/refund and the service I received was impeccable. Extremely prompt replies and very clear messaging. I had to leave a review of the excellent experience

Tracksuit was a lovely fit
Tracksuit was a lovely fit. Blue could of been a bit more of a deep colour like on pictures. But money for value it's a winner. I struggle with jumpers to fit me. Usually they ride up my bk a bit. This is perfect thou. I'll be purchasing the green one next 👌 delivery was also quicker than I expected
