Bought a lot from this company, quality amazing, did have a slight problem with an item, emailed and rectified there and then. Not only are the clothes quality the customer service is outstanding, highly recommend this company

I was ordering a tracksuit as a gift…
I was ordering a tracksuit as a gift and was getting anxious on delivery service as I was looking for next day and it was not on the drop down box at check out ( I emailed them and was advised that due to covid restrictions and measurements they had comply with in the warehouse they couldn’t offer next day delivery at the moment - completely understandable ) I went on to order anyway at 2 - 3 pm thinking yeah 2 - r days till it comes then shortly after I received a text at 4pm to say the order had already been shipped!!!! Needless to say I didn’t need next day delivery with how efficient and prompt the service was !!! The tracksuit arrived before 12 midday the following day!!! I did not pay any extra it was here with more than time to spare and the quality of the tracksuit is perfect very soft and true to size ! Highly recommend service and products will be using more and recommending !!!! Thank you !!!!!

What a great company
What a great company. Ordered 2 T-shirts both same size but one was more like a xxxl . From the moment I emailed them they're customer service team emailed me within a couple of hours and stayed in touch all the way to my replacement T-shirt being sent. The quality of the clothing is great too, great value for money.A lot of other company's could learn a lot from Couture. Will be ordering more and advising friends and family to do the same.

Quality customer service, trakkie bottoms had a hole in them when they arrived and problem was resolved relatively quick. Delivery was quick considering it was over the Christmas period

Fantastic fitting joggers and hoodie sets! Size is exactly as recommended on the site.
My joggers came with a small fault in the pocket. When I notified them they replied quickly. They are now replacing the product. They provided me with numerous options from a replacement/refund/credit for the site. Excellent Customer Service.

Absolutely impressed with the Quality
Absolutely impressed with the service, customer service and quality of the tracksuits and fabric. 1st time buyer, and had to purchase two Tracksuits and a Blush Hoodie.
If you see the Blush Hoodie, buy it! The quality, fit and look are incredible. Definitely will be a return customer 100%
