Great service. Well done Fresh Solar
Fresh solar gave a reasonable quote compared to other companies. Once the survey was done and we accepted the quote, a fairly early date was fixed fgor installation. They quickly answered a few questions we had, satisfactorily. Few days before installation the scaffolding went up very quickly and smoothly. On the day of installation the team arrived early morning and everything went like clockwork. Our panels, batteries, inverter etc were were all in place by lunchtime. They gave all the paperwork and explained again how the system was working and helped to download the app on our mobile so we could see the current position whenever we wanted.
All in all, couldn't ask for things to go more smoothly.

We had our solar system installed by Fresh Electrical Solutions at the beginning of this month ad it was a little bumpy at the beginning but my worries where addressed very swift by Fresh team and we are now happy whit the overall installation so far is working great and it makes a huge difference no electrical bill to pay anymore as we can relay on the system to keep us to a zero consumption so far .We had a 6kw solar panels and 10 kw battery highly recommend Fresh electrical solutions team

Well the whole installation went smoothly and on time. The scaffolding was erected and taken down promptly. The panels and inverter and batteries plus all the cabling was professionally installed and looked very neat. The salesperson (Lyn) was and is still customer focused and friendly. The app on the phone is brilliant and I’m saving money with all this lovely sunshine. Lyn has been very diligent is sorting out teething problems.

Had solar panels installed must say Lynn who we dealt with in sales was such a lovely lady she explained everything thoroughly and if we had, any questions I could just message her any time, had phone call to update us on what was happening and when.
The lads that did the installed Tom & Harry agin such lovely well mannered guys has respect for our property did a great job explained how everything worked. Asked do we have any questions. They cleaned up after themselves when job was complete. They look great in the roof. Overall well impressed with the service form the time we enquired to after job complete. Lynn called to explain about when the certificate will come and reminded us to contact our energy supplier to give certificate number for feeding in tariff. Again any questions call or message her. What good after sales. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Got an email from Dan checking that everything went smoothly and happy that he could help guide me with setting up getting paid too!

We are two months post installation so thought about time to leave a review. A word to describe overall experience… Brilliant! I was so skeptical about which company to use because there are so many to choose from but decided on Fresh because Costco use them as an installer. Figured if Costco can trust them then so should I. I didn’t have a clue what I needed for an installation despite spending many many hours looking at various options and other people’s opinions. So as such had many questions that I fielded to Dan, he was very patient and explained in laments terms for me what certain things meant. I was very grateful for the kind and courteous response to my questions. I shopped around as I didn’t want to overpay but was pleasantly surprised that the original quote was lower than anyone else’s. Dan made queries with national grid about our installation and because we are the one of the last two houses from the substation we can’t export until national grid change a wire from the station to the grid. He let us know this well in advance and did all the leg work to get the ball rolling. Although we can’t export straight away they were still able to fit our panels and battery so we could start making some savings straight away. We have 20 panels and 10kw battery and our bill has gone down from £180 per month to 2
£28 per month and that includes 53p per day standing charge! Really want to thank the installers too, the roofer moved a couple of broken tiles he found to a more manageable place so I could change them and even sent me a video of how to do it. The electrician found some loose wires on our recently installed consumer unit and most like saved our house from a fire. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Lastly although not heard anything for two months upon an email to Dan to ask how we chase up national grid he responded in seconds to say he would do it for us! Top notch service from a provider I would highly recommend!!

Very informative sales people, willing to answer all questions and worked through specific house issues to come up with a good solution with no pressure to buy. We felt we got a fair price with a prompt installation with knowledgeable engineers and fitters. Quick to deal positively with a couple of minor issues raised. Overall buying from Fresh was a pleasant and positive experience and would happily recommend to others.

Reece Minmms has been working with me for over two years to help me decided on the best products for my house, never given up even though i was a hard client to convince to have solar installed at my property, maintaining his professionalism at all times, even when i said no.
Finally on may this year 2025 I had 18 panels and a fox system installed by a team that was 5*.

Great Company.
They were very accommodating with regards to time frame of fitting. We required fitting in two stages.
Very competitive price.
Products are great. Easy to use.
So far am saving loads on electricity bills as have a heat pump as well.
Great after service care and flexibility - i had multiple questions.

Dan was great at answering the many questions we had.
Steve was great at answering all the technical questions that my builders asked.
(Was done as part of renovation project).
Teams who came to fit were professional and helpful.

Cant think of any negatives. Only thing would say is they can sometimes be slower to answer the phone (Only occasionally) but respond to emails very promptly. So would still give them a 5 star rating.

We have just had 6 solar panels installed by Fresh Electrical. We'd tried to have solar panels for some time, but other companies refused, saying our roof wasn't suitable. Fresh was the only company that actually looked in our attic and at the roof (rather than just from ground level), and they confirmed our roof was suitable. We were delighted. Installation was quick and easy, and I am delighted that we are now generating all the power for our own needs plus enough to sell back to the grid! Dan was extremely helpful, replying rapidly to any queries we had. Very highly recommended!

I had a quote with Fresh Electrical on 3rd March 2025. After doing a lot of research with about 10 different companies I felt happy and reassured to go ahead with Solar panels installed with Fresh Electrical. Installations took place on 4th April 2025. Everything happened so fast. Even the actual installation process was really quick only took a few hours. So far I am happy with the company.

Just had solar panels installed by Fresh Electrical Solar and everyone was professional and friendly from start to finish. I had 12 panels installed which took the guys just over 4 hours to do and this was including all the electrics and being shown how to use the app! I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

They have been really good overall.... from organising the scaffolding to attend site on the agreed date and install the solar panels the day after as well as all the associated equipment and connecting cabling to their politeness of the technicians.
the removal of the scaffolding went ahead without any troubles and all documentation received in the time agreed.
Even, the firm, explained clearly in an email what i needed to do to get all warranties and connections to the grid a piece of cake.

Just had a solar install completed. Great to deal with a very professional company from start to finish.
From the initial contact from Reece in sales, he talked me through the whole process and booked in the rep and install date and was always on hand to return my phone calls and texts. The two installations guys were fantastic and so professional, quick and tidy I couldn’t believe what they had done in such a short time.
