Left the food on the street, never received it. Support number is not working and i have been waiting in the chat for 4h now.

Customer service is great. Super accommodating and helpful!

Avoid at all cost. All the things that could go wrong - go wrong. 1) app not working 2) misaligned diet programmes and delivering the food you didn’t select 3) not coming to collect your recyclable bags 4) when giving them a second chance (because they give you tokens instead of a refund) 5) no notifications at all about what is about to happen and then 6) no one came with my delivery and to pick up recyclable bags again.

The first bit of food I got sent was not the best one prawns were a little undercooked, the other days were good the chicken pesto was amazing the last day they only sent me one pack of food instead of the normal 3, also all of the food is meant for microwave which I don’t have but pan heating was also not that bad. But the food didn’t taste as good as I was expecting.

Honestly, it’s a life saver. With my 9-5 job and 15-20h training week, finding time to cook and eat healthy food has always been a struggle.
Having a fresh, nutritious and delicious food ready for me in the fridge is incredible. Can’t imagine how I’d handle my nutrition right now without FFF

The delivery system is great, it comes once a day, so the food is always relatively fresh. Taste wise it’s good, it’s healthy and I appreciate greatly that it’s customised to the macros I requested. However the portion sizes could be better standardised. I’ve opted in for two meals a day, but one of my meals was 384 cals, the other meal was 724. So yes it’s hitting the target total number of cals, protein, carbs, and fats I asked for, but it’s not my preferred way to eat. A better alignment would be around ~550cals for both meals. Also the app UI could be better improved. It doesn’t really follow UI/UX principles and could use better intuition. But overall, I’m enjoying my experience so far and will likely be returning customer for awhile.

Food was really good. Only did a week as I wanted to trial it before committing (plus I went away on holiday). I’ll 100% be continuing with it when I am back. I managed to get my housemates involved too (one did a week and loved it and the other is going to try it in a couple of weeks!). Highly recommend.

The portions are really small, they even come with plastic pot inside, reducing the space for the food, and it was delivered at the wrong date, for the price it´s not worthy

Terrible customer service. I tried really hard to speak to an agent on the phone to understand the program I was not able to. I then said to please cancel my order in view of this. I have since discovered I’ve had money taken out of my account and a random food delivered on days when I’m not in the country. I have complained online and via WhatsApp and nobody is returning my calls or emails. The phone number they have on the website does not work. I am absolutely livid. What a terrible company do not go with them.

Eddit following their response: I don’t buy their response - they claim to have tried to contact yet I have zero missed calls or voicemails and asked a NUMBER or times to speak to someone on the phone. It’s such a poor excuse to say ‘number couldn’t connect’ and I think a direct lie.

I received a series of automated messages ie not relevant to my query and they wouldn’t reply when I asked for specifics

Had my first delivery today and I’m really happy with the quality of the food! Having tried a couple of alternatives, I must say that I’m impressed with Fresh Fitness Food so far.
