Fantastic same day service flowers arrived while my wife wasn't home delivered to our conservatory on the back of the house for safety. The flowers were perfect 100% will use again.

I ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday - it was full of fresh Lillies and Roses - it filled the room with a beautiful scent and caught the eye of everyone in the restaurant! Highly recommend

Looked as though the flowers had been chilled before delivery. The day they were delivered they looked amazing but the flowers were very soft in the middle. within 48 hours they were brown and day three they fell apart. And as you can see from their reply .... it's tough! Avoid.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review, and are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your bouquet.
As your order was delivered over 7 days ago, we are now unable to offer you a replacement for this. Had you called us to let us know directly upon noticing the flowers were not at their best, or emailed us some pictures across first, we could have sent you a fresh bunch or offered for you to come and pick some replacement stems of your own choice from the shop directly.
While we take every precaution to ensure our bouquets arrive in the best possible condition and that our customers are happy with them, during periods of hot weather when perishable goods may not last as long as normal, we would always encourage customers to get in touch as soon as any issue arise so we can help straight away. Regarding your comment about the flowers looking "chilled" we have no image to reference here to gauge what could have occured, and unfortunately do not have a chiller in the shop to keep flowers cool during hot weather. If you do have pictures, this is always helpful to feedback to our wholesaler.
As a small independent business, we genuinely value all feedback and are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations on this occasion. If you would still like to discuss your order, please feel free to contact us directly.

Very good quality
Flowers looked vey fresh and rich and the basket was so elegant and prepared with lot of care. It’s a nice surprise to see that the basket flower flowers looked nicer in reality than in the photos from the website . Recommend 100%
