Company has just implemented a policy whereby you can no longer get the 20mg concentration vial of Tirzepatide - only the 10mg. This means I will have to use 2 syringes to give my weekly injection of 15mg (75 units) because with only a 10mg concentration - will have to draw up twice the units to deliver the dose I am on. So very inconvenient and I hate it. Have been on these meds for almost 6 months and have no idea why they changed it - for the worst!

Best decision I’ve made for myself this year. I’ve lost 36lbs in 5 months, from 172 to 136lbs. The plan was 30lbs in 3 months and that goal was achieved, I ended up micro dosing for 2 months more bc I loved the results so much. Only reason I say 4 stars is bc there are more affordable options these days, $300+ a month is crazy. But anywho aside from that, I feel great, face is less puffy, waist is snatched and I feel like myself again. I can do pull ups again :)

Some side effects at first were nausea, light headedness, and my period for longer than 7day. Aside from that once increases my protein intake and took supplements I was fine.
