Returned all of my order.
I contacted them to enquire how to return my order but they didn't bother to reply within their 14 days return policy. Luckily I took the address from their site. I returned the order tracked and recorded so it arrived on the 10/11 and was signed by them. In the parcel was my order number a bracelet and two collars!! I'm STILL awaiting my money back 2 weeks later. AVOID THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. Shame as I was going to reorder.

UPDATE - finally got a refund 15 days after they had my parcel and I posted this.

Bought for my mother in law. Within maybe a month the leather started to peel. By the 3rd month it looked terrible. It had peeled at the edges and the buckle holes. What makes it worse is that the dog is old and hates water so the collar really hadn’t been put through rough conditions. It’s definitely not worth the amount of money you pay for the quality of the product. Which is a real shame because it’s such a good idea. If the quality hadn’t been so bad I would have purchased more for myself and other family members.

The quality is absolutely disgusting. After just a year it was completely fallen apart even though it was kept out of the sun and was exposed to no water. So disappointing.

I bought a collar to my dog & a matching bracelet to myself a year ago. The quality is really good as we're still using them every day. The custom service was nice and the product arrived in like a week. Absolutely amazing.

Bought some collars for both my dogs and they are really nice. So are the 2 bracellets i got
