I had a very concerning experience involving John Artzberger in connection with a Walmart automation/ecommerce program.
I paid $4,997 to participate in this opportunity through a representative (JD), who stated that funds would be used for store setup, development, and management services. After payment, I was provided with proof from JD indicating that funds were sent to John Artzberger’s team.
However, when I reached out directly to John Artzberger, he denied receiving the full amount and stated that only $2,000 was received for store development, and nothing further. This directly contradicts the amount I paid and the documentation I was given.
As of now, I have not received the services that were promised, nor have I received a refund. There has also been no clear accounting of where the full $4,997 was directed.
Because of these conflicting statements and lack of resolution, I am now pursuing this matter through formal channels.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this type of program to do thorough due diligence, request detailed documentation of how funds are handled, and ensure there is a clear, written agreement outlining responsibilities and refund policies before making any payments.
