Frontier Surrey Ltd Opiniões

We decided to use Frontier as we moved into a new build, and they were already contracted to landscape on site. Nicole has been amazing throughout our phases, turning our back garden into a social and usable space. We have had multiple teams on-site to assist us through this process. Sean and Billy have just left and were excellent in keeping us informed and leaving everything tidy on their way out. Thoroughly recommend Frontier.

From the very first contact with Nicole to discuss the garden works, the entire process was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Every individual involved was courteous and accommodating throughout.
Dale and Nathan were especially impressive—polite, determined, and willing to go the extra mile. They tackled the difficult task of moving large, cemented-in boulders without complaint or hesitation, showing real perseverance and teamwork.

Sean and Billy, who carried out the landscaping, were equally diligent and respectful. They were mindful of our space and consistently communicated clearly about the work being done. Their thoughtful and creative approach gave us complete confidence in the process.

Everyone mentioned is an absolute credit to Frontier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any outdoor project.

Ben and Connor did a fantastic job of preparing and laying our new lawn, after the previous contractors left us with a terrible one on our new build property. I’ve been designing and managing gardens for 40 years and this is definitely a top rated service. Lisa and Rob Smith

Billy and Sean were fantastic - professional, skilled, and excellent workmanship.

Kate was also great - a very smooth, and stress-free process in scheduling the works.

Highly recommended - well worth a 5-star rating.

Top class guys! Came out to fix the fence height in our new build plot. Super friends and keen to help. Highly recommend A++++++

Sean and Billy were very professional, friendly, tidy and helpful when they came to redo the turf in our back garden.
We would definitely recommend this company.
Thanks for a great experience that not all trades and companies give.

We’ve moved to a new development that Frontier have done the landscaping for, including planting our lawn. We’re so pleased with not only how it looks but how professionally they undertake the work. On one of the hottest days of the year, they planted out over 300 hedging plants with no fuss and the plants are thriving. Really impressed with this company .

Excellent service from both Sean and Billy, their quality of work is impeccable, good attention to details and professional approach. Skilled team and reliable service every time.

Great trades , doing an excellent job all around . Especially Sean and Billy are quite attentive to details and doing great work for any kind of projects !

Sean & Billy are always attentive and very professional when attending site.
It’s a pleasure to work alongside them

Billy and Sean went above and beyond on our site in Woking finishing off plots in a timely manner, even carried out extra works which they made the time for. Great Guys!

The Frontier team are doing work at the end of our road in Crookham Park and honestly, I cannot fault them. The route for them (and all plant machines) is directly past our house and every vehicle driving past has been slow and careful (which is a very welcome change), the site is clearly marked, well fenced off and tidy. I work from home and this week has been less disruptive with Frontier working than it is on a normal week! Thank you Michael & Jarick!

I had Dan Ashley and Daniels come and rectify some snagging with both my back gate and main fence after I moved into my new build house. They were very communicative and very thorough in fixing the issues and did everything they could to make the fence durable and sturdy. They spent time making sure the fence was safe and removing any nails that could have been dangerous for my little one.
Highly recommend the team at Frontier!

The guys are overall fab. Really communicative, really responsive and really helped us create a wonderful garden. We have used them three times now for 3 different projects including a whole garden makeover. Overall I would highly recommend as they have very skilled people involved for anything necessary!

As a site manager I have had the opportunity to work with frontier on a few occasions. There attention to detail is second to nun.

I had a great experience with Frontier Surrey Ltd. Nicole, the Customer Care Manager, responded promptly and professionally to my concerns and quickly arranged for my lawn to be replaced.

Today, Sean and Mark came to lay the new lawn, and they did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently, kept the premises clean throughout, and took the time to explain how to care for the lawn going forward.
Very impressed with the service and the outcome — highly recommended!

Just had the landscaping done in my garden by Kieran & Alfie. Absolutely quality work, they went above and beyond for us. 100% recommend!

We had a new lawn laid and Sean and Billy were very good and friendly, they kept us up to date with what they were doing every day. We found this Company very professional and would recommend them.
I spoke to Nicole in customer services about after lawn care and she was very helpful.

Nicola and her team including Ben and Liam and Phil have done a great job with my garden, putting in drainage holes, re-turfing lawn, putting edging down, patio slabs and white stones in the border and supplying me with plants, always polite, helpful and hardworking thank you Frontier for getting my garden Summer ready!

We recently had a complete front and back garden makeover. Throughout the project the Frontier team have provided excellent customer service and delivered really high quality work ! We appreciated the flexibility during the transformation and additional ideas and changes that were made in-flight to improve the overall end result. Thanks to Nicole, David and Bryan especially for being so attentive and making the process easy even though I don’t want to have to make another sausage bap anytime soon 😊 We’re delighted with our new garden and especially pleased as I can now saw goodbye to the lawnmower !
