I was very excited to get my Froothie, as my daughter kept on at me how amazing they were, having had hers for 12yrs. After using a inferior product this was like hitting the jackpot. Smoothies on top of list at moment. Wow just love it !
I was very impressed with the service as well. Ordered it and was delivered within 2days.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company.

My experience has been extremely stressful and upsetting. I purchased a Thermocook appliance which turned out to be faulty, and instead of receiving straightforward support, I was met with poor communication and what felt like dismissive and inconsistent responses.

I followed all instructions given to me when returning the item, including carefully packaging it with padding and fragile tape.

This felt very unfair and, honestly, quite personal in the way it was handled.

At one point, I also felt verbally attacked during communication, which made the situation even more distressing and difficult to deal with.

The whole situation has had a real impact on my mental health. What should have been a simple warranty issue turned into a long, drawn-out process that left me feeling stressed, unheard, and frustrated.
Although I have now received a refund, the overall experience was exhausting and not something I would want anyone else to go through.

Please think carefully before purchasing, especially if you expect reliable after-sales support

Product delivery was fast. I was able to receive the blender in just 3days. Love the commercial blender that we bought. So efficient and was able to blend the frozen fruits smoothly.

This is a solid blender, sturdy blades and a powerful motor. Blends my frozen fruit and vegetables easily

Had an issue with a part I had ordered and they went the extra mile sorting it out and replacing the part with the correct one. Really helpful and easy to deal with

Too expensive, warranty claims are rejected without justification, and spare parts are charged in a cheeky manner via PayPal. After I requested a statement, contact was simply terminated. Never Froothie again! For that price, you can buy three equally good blenders.

I've been using the juicer for a while and when I needed new parts, I ordered and received them very quickly and easily.

Was op zoek naar nieuwe messen voor mijn blender Optimum G2.1 oud model. Daarbij hebben ze me uitstekend geholpen en een heel goede opvolging van mijn bestelling. Froothie is zeker een aan te bevelen leverancier en ook mijn Optimum G2.1 is een top product heb hem al meer dan 5 jaar met een redelijk intensief gebruik. 👍

First purchase made from this company and they didnt quite send me the right order.
I got online to their customer service and explained what was missing and it was sorted within 5 minutes.
I was genuinely shocked at how quick their team member managed to sort it and get the rest of the items shipped out to me.

Brilliant customer service made up for the human mistake.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

If you want to use this for anything but soups and smoothies/frappes etc you will be disappointed. I have tried making frooze balls and dough with this but it just can't handle it (despite recipes in the book it comes with and the Froothie info online stating that you can make these items, and using the tamper, adding more liquid - which just made the recipe unusable until it had chilled in the fridge). I was able to make good flour from buckwheat, and from wheat berries which was one of the reasons I purchased it, but as for it being the "kitchen work-horse" that many people attest to, I wonder if their use for it is basically smoothies, and not a wider variety of dishes for which I had hoped to use it for. You also can't get a mix like dough or frooze balls out easily, and have to muck about wrecking a good rubber spatula (instruction book says not to use metal etc), plus it looks like a good couple of tablespoons gets left behind under the blades. Extremely disappointed, but maybe I expected too much. So unless you just plan on making soup and smoothies, and other liquidy items, I do not recommend this, and would certainly not call it a "work-horse".

I ordered a Demo Model - and I have to admit it was during the crazy pre-xmas time, and while the appliance arrived well before Christmas in NZ, it was held in custom. A quick decision of Froothie was made, that I should receive a brand new model from the warehouse in NZ, should be shipped on the 24th. This unfortunately did not happen, which was disappointing. But the customer service updated me constantly and finally in the new year the appliance was shipped. Hooray! So now I just need to practive with my new Thermocook.

Smooth purchase. New motor brushes worked well. Happy wife.

The product is great and delivery is fast especially close to Christmas time. Our staff love the blender, and it is so quiet.
