Excellent kitchen machine!

I had a great experience purchasing my Thermocook with Froothie. It was packed and shipped very efficiently. I have put it to so much use since having it, from baking, cooking meals and even making staples for the pantry!
Highly recommend it to all!

Bought a Thermocook

Bought a Thermocook, great product with quality attachments and accessories. Love the 3 L mixing bowl, decent size for doing soups for the family. Only glitch was connecting to our profile set up on Cabot App, was not easy and straight forward for amateurs like ourselves

I love my new thermocook

I love my new thermocook, it's so much better than I expected. It's a real time saver in the the kitchen and I cook and bake with it daily. Ive tried so many new recipes that I haven't made before that all the family have enjoyed.

Null Kundenservice im Reparaturfall

Ich habe in 2018 einen Mixer bei Frootie gekauft (THE OPTIMUM G2.3 PLATINUM). Eigentlich wenig genutz, hat bis dahin aber gemacht, was er sollte. Ein Mixer eben.
Letztes Jahr hat dann das Elektronik-Panel nicht mehr funktioniert. So dass ich beim Kundenservie angefragt habe, ob und wie man reparieren könnte. Das ist bei einem Produkt mit (laut Werbung) besonderem Qualitätsanspruch und entsprechendem Preis wohl auch nicht zu viel verlangt.
Obwohl ich alles genau beschreiebn hatte, kam nur eine Standard-Bot-Antwort mit allgemeinen Fragen, die schon meiner Email drin waren. Auf entspechenden Hinweis - nix. Ich hatte einen Monat später nochmal probiert - wieder das Gleiche. Zuletzt im Juni noch einmal - null Antwort.
Werbung kommt trotzdem - nicht witzig!

Mit dieser Erfahrung würde ich nie wieder etwas dort bestellen. Dann kaufe ich lieber im Discounter alle 2 Jahre neu...

Froothie excellent support!

Wenn ein technischer Support o.k. ist, antworte ich (Dipl.-Ing.) in der Regel freundlich und „wohlwollend“.
Bei diesem Support weiche ich von der Regel ab. Diese online-Unterstützung ist die beste, die ich seit Jahren bei technischen Produkten erlebt habe! Bei welcher Firma gibt es – auch nach Kauf und Bezahlung - folgenden Support:
• Anfragen werden – selbst aus Australien – innerhalb weniger Stunden beantwortet.
• Die Antworten sind sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent, punktgenau und – wenn erforderlich – auch sehr ausführlich; exzellent!
• Falls eine technische Frage nicht unmittelbar beantwortet werden kann, kommt der Hinweis, Rückfrage bei einem Techniker erforderlich. Am nächsten Tag kommt die Antwort.
Das Produkt – Froothie Optimum 9400X – ist nach erster Nutzung ebenfalls hervorragend."
If technical a support is OK, I (a graduate engineer) usually reply in a friendly and “benevolent” manner.
With this support, I deviate from the rule. This online support is the best I have experienced for technical products in years! Which company offers the following support - even after purchase and payment?
- Inquiries are answered - even from Australia - within a few hours.
- The answers are very friendly, very competent, precise and - if necessary - also very detailed; excellent!
- If a technical question cannot be answered immediately, the customer is informed that a technician needs to be consulted. The answer comes the next day.
The product - Froothie Optimum 9400X - is also excellent after initial use.

Disappointed with Quality and Support – Not What I Expected from an Australian-Owned Brand

I purchased the Optimum G2.1 blender from Froothie Australia a few years ago, hoping to support an Australian-owned company and expecting a high-quality product with reliable customer service.
Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
The blender began to show signs of corrosion within the first two years — especially on the chrome plate and base — despite regular care and using the provided silicone pad as instructed. I take good care of my appliances, and I own other well-known brands (like Magimix) that were purchased at the same time and have shown no signs of deterioration. The G2.1’s materials and build quality simply do not measure up.
To add to the disappointment, even the brand name “Optimum” printed on the blender faded over time. This is something I’ve never seen happen on any other appliance I own — again pointing to poor manufacturing standards and materials.
When I finally reached out for support (mistakenly believing the warranty was longer), I found the response from Froothie frustrating. The tone of communication was, at times, subtly dismissive, and the goodwill gesture offered — a small discount on repairs — did not reflect any real accountability or customer care, especially after I explained that the rust had clearly been developing over a long period.
The blender was marketed as a premium product, but in my experience, it was built with substandard components. I wouldn't expect such quality from a budget appliance, let alone one promoted as high-end.
In short, I feel let down by both the product and the service. I give two stars because the blender did function well early on, and one or two representatives did try to help — but that’s where the positives end. I would not recommend the Optimum G2.1, and I would think twice before buying from Froothie again.

Not a great experience to date

If you have had a thermomix, then this is probably not the machine for you. Slow heating times, 20mins to get to 100C, inaccurate inbuilt recipies with limited recipies online and inefficient way of uploading new ones, Cant save your own recipies, favourites got wiped during software upgrade. On a positive the large screen is nice to use, but the programming(software) is not great, seems to be no easy way to get back to home page during cooking to change to automated programmes

Excellent and prompt customer service. After 3 years using my blender it gone very loud and something was wrong. I just bought return label sent it of and within short time it arrived back repaired.
